Hey I remember reading a few threads and some people here collect the micromen etc. I'm thinking about buying a few. Basically I haven't bought a toy in a while and I'm really itching to spend $30 bucks on something neat. I bought the Ninja Microman a while back, and while he was cool, he broke and has been up on display since. are they more durable? ie- the weapons and stuff, etc bbts has this set --> www.bigbadtoystore.com/toystan.asp?Queryid=ban335it looks pretty interesting... but what got me thinking about them was this guy --> www.bigbadtoystore.com/toystan.asp?Queryid=af845 and www.bigbadtoystore.com/toystan.asp?Queryid=af846they look very cool. then again, the Bio Machine sets look neat too.... So any help or info would be greatly appreciated. If I should just wait and buy something else, (suggestion welcome) or if they're worth it etc. Your_Number1_Fan

Hey man. Micromen are definately very cool. My microman is very durable. I know that it is newer than the ninja one that you have. They now are ball jointed and you can take them apart. I am looking foward to getting the 2 figs that you just showed. Go ahead and get them. once you do, maybe you can post pics.

It's as if you just took $30 from me. (: I don't want to buy the toys too bad, but think they look neat. OK, in the end I gues this is more economical than buying the toys...

Did anyone check out the Microman Evolved pics? Looks pretty good. The guy from SOTA says they're just as articulated as the Street Fighter figs. I'm looking forward to the Space Glider...

alright thanks for the links guys. I made the choice today... I went with the Phantom, and the biomachine set. I've got some high hopes for them.... especially since i went over budget lol. anyone have the biomachines? they look really good. Randy, I hear you on the Street Fighter Figures. I went to hot topic a few days ago to see if I could pick some up (namely ryu or ken) and they didn't have jack. I only played with Akuma or ken in the game, so I don't know much about the other figures. Akuma is going to be released soon though. Your_Number1_Fan

Fan, I just picked up the almost $150 in Micromen. I have had two minor breaks and only got 6-8 out of package. As long as they are in one piece, they are great. Try www.JRStoyworld.com or www.RMStoys.com for any others you might desire. P.S. I bought all I could from BBTS first. All the websites seem to offer the same prices.

I am curious as to your opinions on Biomachine and Phantom durability and joints/armor fit. I've held off on getting these since I'm not too happy with the previous Acroyear set. I'll probably wait for the Magne Force series www.microforever.com/preview2000.htm ;D

I just got my shipping notice today from BBTS. I've always had great service there for imported toys and a few others. /end plug anyways I fell in love with the Phantom. I don't know if I like the big Cross thing, but the basic clear figure and the black armor. The biomachines... I don't know. I really liked the look of Godoh and the Stinger machine. I've got high hopes for them, but as I've been reading on microforever they have some stability issues. if the figure and the tranlucent armor is good, i'll be happy. get this though, the biomachines are coming out in the USA. I picked up a toyfare magazine today between classes... 3 pages in is a 2 page display of them. have you looked at this one www.microforever.com/2004AX-21AcroMedalg.htm? they said the hands have little screws to keep them on the body. What didn't you like about the last Acroyear set? i have my eye on the Red and Yellow ones... if I like these of course. Your_Number1_Fan

Please post a review of the phantom. That bad goth mofo is the only one I'm reeaally tempted to get. And the pearl colored alien, to a lesser degree. My main concerns are fragility and joint-looseness... Gracias!

These figures are great! I only have one, I'd like more. They all look cool to me. Randy, there are NO loose joints on mine. They are just tight enough. If xevoz is dead this is what I'll collect next. What Goth are you talking of?

I think it's the phantom--he's blood red, skull faced, and covered in a Gothic cross motif...
