Just wondering where Wave 2 has hit, if anywhere. I've not seen them in my area(Madison, WI), and am patiently waiting. So post if you've found them, and where. Hopefully I'll be able to post that I've found them soon!

I havent seen any of them anywhere save online. All the TRU in my area are over stocked on the first 2 pack and they seem content to let low stock sit on pegs for the boosters. Ive really lost my cool with TRU when stores in other parts of the country seem to have had wave 2 out for at least 3 weeks and the stores in my area seem to have the exact same stock they have had since I sarted collecting a little over a month ago. *RANT RANT RANT*

Check my Michigan Sightings subject, I have now found all of wave 2 (as of yesterday afternoon) at retail. Goblin/Stalker 2 pack at TRU (2 Sunday's ago 4-18-04) Stinger and Berserker at Meijer (last Saturday 4-24-04) Skygrinder at Target (Yesterday 5-1-04) All found in Michigan. Any more details that you are interested in can be found in this thread... goldengonzo.proboards29.com/index.cgi?board=findings&action=display&thread=1082387178It's still pretty early to be finding them at retail, that's why I'm so shocked/psyched to have found all of them so early on, with very minimal hunting... Good luck on the hunt... -Shane

You'd think that they would have wave 2 in NJ since most companies like Hasbro work from east to west

Where do you get that? So then do all boats go to the east coast from Hong Kong, Japan, etc? Does that mean that the west coast will *always* get things a few weeks/months after the East Coast? C'mon. Ships come into the East and West coast, then product moves inward. If anything, it'll be us in the middle of the country that get things last. However, that's not the case either, since there's findings in Michigan. Confusing, no?

It's because most companies have their headquarters on the eastcoast for some reason

Uhhh, actually, the large majority of toy product (that is to say, the product made in asian countries, that is to say most toy product) comes in through the west coast shipping lanes. Distrobution has nothing to do with where a company's HQ is located, since a company's HQ is often nowhere near where it's manufacturing plants and/or warehousing/distrobution center is located, and usually beyond the plants shipping floor or coastal warehouse (either stateside or asian coastal) it has much more to do with the retailers distro. ring (and who placed what orders first) than anything to do with the actual manufacturer in question. It is, in fact, normally very odd for someone like myself (in southern Michigan), to continually find new product before many other areas report having it. New product is usually seen first on the northern or southern western seaboard, then it trickles across the central mid-west, all the while fanning out to the southern and northern mid-west, and usually makes it up much of the eastern seaboard before I see anything in this area. Mind you, I'm not complaining in the least , this has been a real blessing on my normally fast paced life, being able to find things so easily, and so early on that is.

You're dead on with your explanation Shane, having collected for quite a few years now and living on the east coast I've been constantly plagued with waiting for stuff to make it over here. I've heard of stuff showing up in CA weeks or even months before it hit the shelves here. Working at TRU has also shown me the company distribution side. They very well might have something at the warehouse but who knows when it'll make it out to the stores...stuff could sit in the warehouse for weeks before it gets sent on it's way. Heck things could sit for years before they make it out of the warehouse, just last week we got a case of the SW Sneak Peak figures that came out back in '02

So *that's* why odd things show up at TRU all the time. I still hear about people finding Beast Wars toys on the shelf, and I've found some myself. Damn that Hasbro! Damn them to...wait, who makes Xevoz toys? Nevermind. We love you, Hasbro!! ;D

we're just starting to see the Sky Grinder here in the Seattle area, seems that we are not getting the normal distro on this toy. Seems that some of you have in your possesion figures that I can only dream of.
good to mix it up I guess.

Living in the Sacramento area in California, I will say that we always seem to get the new toys before much of the country. However, Xevoz Wave 2 has been a no show, so far. I hope these appear soon over here, I'm itching for some new Xevoz.

I'm beginning to think that Western Pennsylvanis gets everything dead last. Toys almost always show up in New jersey and Eastern PA at least a month before I see anything here, and I generally donn't see any new toys for at least 3 months after they are initially sighted...
So I'm thinking Wave 2 of Xevoz will turn up around here sometime in July...
