I don't know, I haven't been on these forums that long. I know that if I tried to cast any Xevoz parts, I would probably fail miserably and end up with my hands covered in burning melted plastic.

It says one member is here and 6 guests. *yawns* Listen, the TOTAL REGISTERED MEMBERS PART. You listen, no one cares that several hundred freddie four fingers registered once several years ago, never posted or came back. No one cares that daxter registered 10 times under ten names and got banned on all of them. No one cares that many once active members haven't posted in years. No one cares that quite a few people registered several times under next to the same screen name just because they lost their password years ago. Next to no one cares that some kid thinks emailing hasbro will magically bringa da bak da xevoz!!11111!1 There's next to no traffic around here anymore and even fewer of that dwindling number that believe in your futile e-mail cause to rewrite history. A show of hands who really believes a few emails from this site to freakin customer/consumer service will change Hasbro's mind on this horribly failed venture? Who here believes they'll just think we're a sad collection of couple of dozen loser crackpots with no life outside a poor selling boys toyline that's been dead for 3 years?

Didn't someone here attempt to cast Xevoz parts? Lobsterman recast some runeslayer accessory parts in a clear blue plastic several years ago with some descent results. He never did any ball and joints parts that I know of. Someone else said they tried recasting some figure parts but they couldn't find the consistency in the plastics to make it work.

I've purchased some casting material and resin but haven't had the opportunity to try anything with it. SS - yes, Lobsterman did cast some Runeslayer parts and then dyed them to the colors he wanted. He also used Quick Plastic to add on some things to one of his creations (the hood and sleeves).

. . As a toy line it was treated as a second class citizen by Hasbro and retailers thus it floundered and died in less than a year's time. . Ha! more like a 4th class citizen

Time for me to pipe in here. I'm drawing a total blank but one of the forum members went to Hasbro and toured their Rhode Island facility as part of a class (high school, college? Dunno.) for advertising/marketing/design (again, can't remember - anyone else remember who this was and why they were going to Hasbro?) and we gave him some questions to pass along regarding marketing, Xevoz, GI Joe, Transformers, Star Wars, etc. These questions were directed at Hasbro's marketing and nothing happened. Xevoz just didn't make a blip on the Habro corporate radar. They, like any other business, look at what's profitable. Star Wars, GI Joe, and Transformers are its cash-cows and largest source of income. Period. Hasbro makes a lot of toys (ex. Mr. Potato Head) and games over the years and will continue to do so, but these big three are what they are mainly focused on. Hasbro isn't going to bring Xevoz back. Ever. Our best hope is that a smaller company (BanyJ being the top choice) gets the Xevoz license from Hasbro - somehow - and decide to make a few figures or something compatible with Stikfas and Xevoz. We're, at our absolute best, a niche market. Xevoz doesn't have tie-ins with a comic book or television show, it's just the toy and game with no advertising. Most of the folks who could be fans know next to nothing about the line. And most of us, the die-hard fans/collectors, concentrated just on the figures (but I'm biased against games so I may not have this part completely accurate - feel free to correct me). IMHO, the only thing e-mailing or writing Hasbro about Xevoz will accomplish is to keep them from releasing the license whenever it comes up for renewal. If they think it's truly dead, they won't care if someone else gets the license. If they are made aware that there's even a small community (i.e., us) devoted to Xevoz, they'll hold onto it just to keep someone else from making a toy that "could" compete with their lines. Yes, this does suck, but it's how corporations work. If you like/love the toys... great! We're with you on that. But petition, e-mail, and writing campaigns just aren't going to work, we don't have the numbers to make Hasbro take notice or make a failed toy line profitable.
