Have you tried contacting them? You might receive an email requesting feedback about the transaction. You might want to contact the BBB.

... if you're that unhappy with them, you should have returned the toys and eaten the $7.30 as a loss. I've thought Bill's Toys & Games was a bit too pricey for my tastes, but would consider them if other options fell through.
The BBB really doesn't do squat in helping consumers after-the-fact. You need to check with them before purchasing goods or services.
Or you're trying to rile things up on the board.
