Randy check out www.hlj.com. They're around $30 a pop, after the $ conversion. Shipping varries, but if you order them all at once it isn't too bad. (think I paid $50 in shipping, but ordered 7 kits..., 4 big ones, and 3 armors). The only thing I didn't like about HLJ was the response time, but that could have been due to weekend/holiday issues. I've used them several times in the past, and will again in the future at some point. I'm in the process of getting a new apartment, so my toy buying is cut off right now, otherwise I would be jumping on those kits. Your Number1 Fan

I have an extra set of the entire 3rd wave that I'm willing to part with rather cheaply. They are still sealed too.

I finally got 6 of the wave 1-3 Busou Shinki figs that Diamond distributed here (it seems they haven't shipped Xiphos and Tsugaru yet for some reason). They seem to be exactly the same as the Japanese releases, except for a sticker on the boxes with some US safety info that covers something in Japanese, and a notice that you can't go online with the figs (which you can, it just requires some patience and Google translator). I haven't touched any of the figures themselves, but I did load them all into the Diorama Studio. I played with it most of the day and came up with these: It took some trial and error to get everything figured out. For whatever reason, the buttons just have a bunch of symbols where text should be; not even Japanese text, just a lot of British pound signs and squares and such. I couldn't figure out how to get the Battle Rondo started, though. Has anyone else tried it yet?

I just got the Devil Straff figure in the mail yesterday and received notification that the Knight and Mermaid figures are on they're way to me from Japan!!! These look like a lot of fun but the shipping costs from Japan ain't cheap! Soon as I get the chance to put one together, I'll post my two-cents' worth.

I loved the line, but it just got too cost prohibitive to keep collecting.

They release these too frequently, which is cool and bad at the same time. Thanks for reminding me, the "racer" release should be this month. I've been picking them up. yes its expensive. The parts could have been made to be more interchangeable, some of the pegs are "this part of the body" only. which is unfortunate. But they are just good looking with lots of cool guns and parts.

THese are just way too expensive for me to collect and like emummy mentioned they come out too frequently but I still love them anyways. I'd like them more if the characters were more diverse and not just young teenage girls though.
That German/Nazi inspired pink haired eyepatch mech girl is weird. The girls looks kind of crappy (I hate that stupid pink necktie) and mech looks like an inferior version of the wave 1 devil starf. I'm not sure I like it at all or would buy it even if I had the money.
The propfighter plane brunette also seems like a predecessor to angel arnval from wave 1. However the girl looks more interesting to me with the cool haircut and googles so I like her more from the base figure up. The weapon system looks pretty versatile and I like the design of the aircraft armor when compared to the overall blahness Nazi type tank armor. I feel it's been done better with a couple of other girls now.
The best system looks like it's probably the the incomplete add on set. The weapons this chick has look amazing and looks like she fits in with the same commando corps as waffebunny and the mantray inspired kit. It looks like the huge gun she is toting can turn into 5 or6 different modes and she mounts all the different pieces on her armer for quick battle field converting. She's the heavy weapons solgier in the lot. I may have to slurge and get her even though I'm not absolutely crazy about her cutesy smile. Visor down for her and she's a badass.

I've kinda let this addiction slide into the background. I'm missing the last two waves, and the devil/angel sets form wave 1. Wish they'd restock them as fast as they're releasing new ones...
Anyways, I really like the look of the 3rd kit shown. Think she would look good next to a waffle bunny/fort bragg set.
