How much are quickslingers going for these days? My daughter recognized it without seeing the name of the thread, but IMO you just can't make a really good mario custom from existing xevoz parts. As long as you are happy with it is all that matters though.

Well If either one of those guys read this (hopefully they will) that might be an interesting challenge for either or them to get back into customizing.

I think the Mario custom is kind of neat. Sure, the paint could be a better and the parts choice too (if that's possible with the parts available) but I think it gives us an idea as to what a stylized Mario figure could be like.
Keep the customs coming!

Something eye-gougingly horrible? Not the Mario we know, that's for sure

man, I think Zovex and Heyyou actually ran out of spare Xevoz and they've moved on to customizing something else. I'd like to know where that is. Props to the Mario custom, Altho it seems he removed the post.

It looked pretty cool. I thought the Quick Slinger was a good choice with the shoulders and pants. The paint was a little rough, but very recognizable. Any though to pulling off the thighs and see how he looks with short legs?

Well obviously everyone has their own interpretation of cool but as a fan of the character I didn't think it did it any justice. The body was long lanky and skinny: Very unmario-like. If fact, if it weren't for the sloppy paint scheme and the name in the title it would have been unrecognizable as Nintendo's mascot. The head was blobby mess as well. I'm sure a few of you probably think I'm being a jerk with the criticism but the guy did ask for comments. I see no reason to lie if he really wants a truthful opinion and wants to get better at crafting customs.

Xevoz are horrible for mario, and the bad paint job doesn't help. Mario is short, fat, and pixilated.

The parts choice would've been much better for Waluigi now that I think about it.

Yes, I agree that part selection would have made a better waluigi and a little modding of the runeslayer's persian slippers would have been great shoes for that custom.
