Good Lord, this is beautiful. Seriously, wow. You have no idea how much time I spent trying to come up with a construction themed xevoz custom back in the day! I've said it before and I'll say it again, I would buy these figures in a heartbeat. I wonder how much it would cost to have a figure like that produced through shapeways.com for example. If it's even possible that is. Shapeways.com ? i checked it out could they make Emummys xevoz??!!

However, it would require extensive work in a 3D program from Emummy and some funds as well. With so many parts, I'm guessing lotsa funds.

hmm, any companies out there that would be willing to make these, not for distribution, just for personal gain? like there are t-shirt companies, are their plastic comapanies?

I couldn't name any, but I'm sure there are. If memory serves, when Xevoz was alive, someone here actually tried to cast some Xevoz parts. Basically, it worked, but the ball joints were too weak and kept cracking. Another type of plastic other than resin would have to be used I guess.

Wow, the contractor mech looks really cool. I like the design of his treads, you could make some interesting vehicles with them.

This is a crab/lobster with a barnacle drain piece. He has a hammer and fork for weapons. The name is a combination of ragin' cajun and captain crunch. It's the first thing I came up with, and I couldn't come up with anything else at the time... and I wasn't about to not post because of that. Well, I like the sound of it though. Blue crab is well known where I grew up even though I don't particularly like crab meat. Lobster's another story though. All this needs now is some old bay! Blue lobsters and blue crabs are so cool... and the crabs turn red if you cook them... not sure about blue lobsters... which are beautiful so I would avoid eating them. I actually had to start from scratch after drawing him the first time, because he looked so boring with the legs straight on, and the head kind of was so so. So on the second go around I was determined to get it done to move on. What a hold up this guy was... I have a much clearer sketch finalized idea for next one. If you didn't notice, I'm a huge fan of the Invid from Robotech: New Generation (Genesis Climber Mospeda)... I won't lie, those scouts and shocktroopers influence my drawing a lot. hope you like him, Enjoy.

Awesome! Good to see new Xevoz we wished we had gotten again! Love Robotech as well. I love how he can be a lobster, crab or a kick-ass amalgam of the two. The crab hammer is a really cool weapon. This kit would have been a neat set to deluxe out as a store exclusive like they did with the Omega Gaurd and Grim Skull with some Sectoid parts and recast the Ragin' Crunch parts in red.

That's really amazing! I always wanted a really nice human female Xevoz to be a base for customs and this one would have been great. It's a sexy body with being overly so. Plus it had a lot of cool pieces to work into other customs like the quiver, bow and hood. My daughters like messing with Xevoz already. This set would have made them love Xevoz.

Here it is, the gator/croc fig I alluded to. Yeah the alt head looks like Grimlock, I know. That's why I changed the color to green. But hey everyone knows, Grimlock king. If Xevoz had this in their toyline, I'd buy every single one I could find. Hell, if you made them yourself I'd buy at least 6 depending on the price per figure. Tunnel Drone also has a special abdomen feature: a wind up motorized piece that will spin a piece pegged into the hole. That's all for now! HAH! I love it! Wind-up feature is an excellent touch and I love the miner equipment. I wanted to revisit this guy, since he was like my 4th design... I'm using the suggested species name as a kickstart to new stuff. Here is Deep Assassin with more stuff. (yes, I won Bioshock and got the "good" ending.) I've been looking at older posts, such as #43 by SS (lots of starting points from this, I actually printed it out and was carrying it around, thanks), and some of the ideas in neocal's art thread with some stuff by Madman for inspiration. goldengonzo.proboards29.com/index.cgi?board=fan&action=display&thread=320&page=5So as a follow up, another Aquattax. Enjoy.. more to come! AWESOME update to the Deep Assassin and I frickin' LOVE the Depth Kraken. That one is just too amazingly cool dude. That guy would have totally been a deluxe figure, or maybe even a new size due to all those parts. This is a crab/lobster with a barnacle drain piece. He has a hammer and fork for weapons. WHOA!! Now THIS is also cool as hell, the pegs under the shell and extra legs to turn it into a real crab is a naturally brilliant touch. I wish Xevoz would have had this aquatic species in the line, I'd have totally digged it. There's certainly more! Scatchamagowza!! How'd I miss seeing a picture of THIS for a year?? Dude, thanks so much for posting this! Cool to see that the Sectoids were going to be getting another figure to add to their ranks, this guy is really frickin' cool. Love the alternate fly head LoL. OH and as for how to make your own toys, now a days it's not impossible. Head over to Onell Design (www.onelldesign.com) and check out their Glyos figures. They get the production done in china, but they also hand-cast a lot of their stuff. Now..could someone hand-cast Xevoz parts and make their own figures? Maybe, but I don't know how the ball & socket system would work in that fashion. But hey, it's work looking into. Even if we could just make a few add-on pieces it'd be something (new hands, arms, heads, weapons, etc.). -TTB
