toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=9&itemid=10756Thought I'd share the info in case anybody hadn't seen them yet. All new sculpts and body types. I had very few small joes when I was a kid, but I might pick a couple of these up. I hear their releasing 25 figs, so I'm sure there are a couple I'm gonna want.

I'll definitely be picking some of these up. I loved G.I. Joe as a kid, and it looks like the line will consist of core characters.
I'm glad to see Snake Eyes with his commando gear, but I do hope we'll maybe get him in his V2 ninja gear as well, as that's my preferred Snake Eyes. Also, I hope we'll see Storm Shadow in his Joe uniform at some point. (Another matter of preference.)

So they're doing 25 figures and they manage to make two snake eyes, two storm shadows, two cobra commander, etc? They look great, but I think it sucks a little. These spots could've been given to some other characters.

True that. Maybe Gen. Hawk, Zartan, Tomax&Xamot, and Sgt. Slaughter(the greatest crossover-mareting-skeme-character EVER!)

LOL, you know, it didn't take much to keep us entertained back then. Zartan's color changing ability and face mask were great. Looking back at it now, I'd have to wonder if a kid these days would think the same. Me: "So, you see, he comes with a face mask..." ;D Kid today: "Yeah, but he's still wearing the same outfit. Anybody with half a brain knows it's still him. L-A-M-E." Me: "Okay, well what about the removable chest plate? See? His body changes colors!" Kid today: "So let me get this straight - you remove the chest plate, but the back portion stays on? The color changing stuff is kinda cool, but seriously the back piece staying on and only his front side being exposed is both gay and L-A-M-E. What were you guys on back then?" Me: Skit aside, I think I'll get these. It's nice to see these remade with a bit more articulation.

I'm just curious as to how far this line will go. Are they just gonna stick with those 25 figs? Any vehicles? Wouldnt mind seeing that bubble pod or the 1 seater tank, but thats just me.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing this extend to the G.I. Joe roster that included every character up till G.I. Joe the movie. Pass on the Cobra-la fools, but definitely include everyone else up to that point.

Well, we're getting my favorite versions of both Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, so I'm a happy camper. It looks like I'll be picking these up for sure.

Sorry, I know this one is old, but it seemed the most appropriate to post to.
Can anyone tell me if they're having a hard time finding the two packs of "Destro and Breaker" and "Torch and Ripper"? I can't seem to find them at all. Are they chase packs?

ARISE CHICKEN!!!
Yes, I'm bring life back to this old, if not dead, thread. Now I'm having difficulty finding the Best of the 80s DVD pack, however "new intel" I found on the internet suggests a few discount retail stores might be worth checking out. I'm wondering if Tuesday Morning might be my golden nugget again.

Oh BTW - I encourage you to Google pics for the Resolute figures they plan to release sometime after all the RoC merch has passed when the movie starts to die down. Some of the Resolute stuff looks fantastic!
