I noticed in the latest ToyFare, there is an ad announcing quite plainly that the design of their 3-inch articulated action figure kit is a patent under the name of Stikfas Properties, Mister Bany J, and whatever the name of the third group involved was, and is just as quite plainly warning an unnamed third party that they plan to file a lawsuit to stop them from claiming that their lookalike figure is an original design. Does anyone know anything about the nature of this suit?

I've been asking around and the name that keeps popping up is Titanium. The body style is very similar to Stikfas. The irony there is that in that same issue of ToyFare where the Stikfas ad can be found, a letter by the creator of Titanium was also printed in the 'to the editor' section.
That third company on the ad was their lawyer, which is pretty funny, but probably also scary to whomever the ad is directed at.
