Thraxis does some really incredible work. I was looking at that other link you provided a while ago for nearly half a day last Friday.

I'm really entranced by that White MegaDeus had made. I've been out of the lego game for so many years, I would have no clue how to reverse engineer any of his stuff, let alone know which kits to buy. The Lego site offers stand along parts to purchase, but just real basic parts. If they had more unique parts that could be bought, I might give duping a shot. For being Legos, his works are pretty damn good.

This is insanely cool. A line of LEGO figures like this one would rule. I'd buy them for sure.

[glow=red,2,300]it's not that easy to reverse engineer. either you have the God given talent to do it or you don't. i went out last night and bought an extra tub of 400 bionicle pieces for $20 at TRU and even still, it was hard to make a hercules. i emailed the gentlemen who made these with no response yet. i am hoping he can help out. in the mean time, i have mastered the simplest part: the hands.
but you are right, grayfox, they are awesome and i would buy them. it's just unlocking the limitless possibilites that is hard at times. look for technic building kits. they have bionicle compatible parts. that's where the bulk of thraxi's stuff comes from from looking closely.[/glow]

In deed. It gives the onset of a new vice if, well, in reality, WHEN Xevoz is no more.

[glow=red,2,300]as i have stated before on other threads; the underline focus of all these multi jointed, ball socketed pieces of plastic is fuel for our imagination.be it xevoz, bionicles, technic, legos, whatever- there is room for endless possibilites. if this subject forum loses interest, imagination and creativity live on. These LEGO demons are, like pretty much every other creation on brickshelf, too cool.
LEGO needs to hire some of these guys. They'd get my money for sure.

I used to like LEGO. Not anymore. They have lost their luster, creativity, and their insanity.(LEGOs used to make me insane because I was so into them) But now that is all gone. The only thing LEGO cares about is mooching off of other peoples' ideas and turning them into a conglomeration of plastic. If you look closely, there are City, Hairy Potter, Knight's Kingdom, Star Wars, and some other stuff. Also, there were TWO different police staions in two months. WTF? But alas, some of those are original. Yes, others are ideas created by different people. But being the LEGO connosieur that I am, I can deduce nothing more than this: the only LEGOs I like anyomre are the Lego Legends. They were generic, they offered ideas for different models, and THEY DIDN'T ALL USE DIFFERENT ELEMENTS. That is what bugs me; LEGO keeps casting new pieces and there is no creativity. Xevoz is different; Different pieces is what you want. Just offering my insght here.
