Do you guys ever use these for customizing? Oh look! Masters of the Galaxy! But all they have is Him-man and Skullator. Damn, I really wanted Guy-at-arms...

I've never customized nothin. But I've got all these crappy spawn figures I'd like to tear apart and do something with. Too bad they're all pretty much the same. In fact, is there anyone out there that knows anything about Spawn? Is it ever explained why everyone in this universe must wear one giant boot?

giant boots are a trademark of mcfarlane enterprises llc...please do not use the giant boots for anything else but todd related characters.
except malebolgia.....check out issue 157 for his new giant boot costume!

I think the boot thing maybe has something to do with Al Simmon's condemnation to Hell and all that jazz. Male-buldge-ia sent him back to earth as a white guy who never again would have matching footwear, or something like that.

Thanks for laughing. I made a similar joke in the store at the time, and my girlfriend just went "mm-hmm". Women don't get MOTU humor.

They had a bunch of the little ones--the ones that come in Pringles cans. But they were 4 bucks, so I didn't bite (4 bucks is 1.5 xevoz, roughly!)

About spawn's Big boot, from what I always thought, and from playing the snes game is that the big boot is for doing roundhouse and spinkicks. That's one bloody face!

Yeah, I've got the soul calibur ii with spawn, and the boot packs a good wallop. But ALL of McFarlane's characters have this uniped elephantiasis. Even the angels. And Redeemer, and the big, bulky monster guys. It's very....glam rock.

You know how most people lose a sock so they don't have the matching pair after awhile? Well Spawn figures all have the same thing, except with their boots.[/b]
