I just saw the other pic. That's really cool that you added Zaincauns kit-bash. I can't belive how awsome those heads are I mean come one. You can't make a bad looking dino but that's unbelievable.

Not feeling this one. Could have used better reference. Better call it a night.

The amazon/opera singer is great. I like how the blasts come out of the mouths and the torsos all look great.
About the moth I agree it does seem kind of forced, it doesn't seem as..... animated as your other drawings. I'm not sure but maybe you could draw it with one set of legs and put two or three tiny pairs of arms between the arms and legs.

Hrmmm, not a bad idea GL. Do you have any Mothra references handy? I was thinking of scrapping the legs altogether and using a clear stand to support the figure after checking out the design of Benisuzume from the last PS2 Shinobi game. I will revisit that concept after some more research. In the meantime,

Dino Reptos! --- now your talking. One of the in-the-works Reptosaurs was a tech-turtle. That would have been good, but strength and legends fit the Reptosaurs better. Love the artwork NeoC, but thinking the figures would need to be closer to other Xevoz sizes to not be prohibitively expensive. Really like the ridable Tri-Horn Terror!
A lion gladiator - brilliant! Can't wait to buy one.
BTW, Thank You, Thank You, Th... It is soo good to see the great ideas. Kicking artwork! Would love to see others draw and post as well.
Amazonian Voice is great! Love all the viking look. Was thinking the amazon was more tropical and run around in sandals, wrists guards, and maybe a short toga or something. The 'sonic' translucent energy designs are really good. The picture in my head had the fat lady opera singer with a viking look, complete with metal breast armor, kind of like in the Bugs Bunny cartoons.
You are under no obligation to do any redrawing. You have already done great service (but still want to see more!).
Notes about the Dark Scale. The vines, bug heads, poison can, and fairy rider - right on! (love the spiral googlely eyes/long 'nose' - fun) I prefer the upright stance, but maybe the abdomen is too long, and the lower wings need to shrink a little. The hook claws are different from other Sectoids - just what is needed. Had a fuller idea after my last posting - rubber pod feet as action feature - stick figure to fridge, table, wall, ect... (Maybe of the rubber was tight-molded around the end of the leg piece.)
NeoC, please don't think I'm ungrateful for the awesome artwork. If this is too much re-commentary, let me know.

New figure: Jump Splicer - MetaBeast
Imagine a kangaroo body, tilted forward, where the waist piece is larger than the chest. There are two tail pieces; a straight kangaroo one, and a fluffy bunny tail. The neck post is angled slightly backward for the kanga head to be vertical, and the rabbit head to be forward (rotate torso). Arms are smallish, hands might have small claws/nails.
There are (as typical) three heads: kangaroo, koala, and rabbit. Overall colors scheme is grey fur, brown streaks, silver techno highlights. Shape like a red kangaroo, but colored like a grey one.
The legs have a large flat, rounded look (animal hips), with the ball socket on the inside edge, then the long thigh tapers down. The short shin piece has a flat bottom (molded heal), and a ball joint for the foot/toe piece. There are two feet styles: a long one (for kanga/rabbit), and short ones (for koala bear). The joint in the middle of the foot lets it stand/walk on its toes.
It is a techo-wanderer. A wanderer by preference (grazing), and a techo by scavenging. It typically lives in the semi-arid grasslands between the Madragar Wastes, and the Meta-beast jungle.
Accessories are: a large caliber pistol w/scope, a Zulu spear (short handle, wide spear point), a Zulu shield (rod with oval leather? or reed weave mat, splotchy colors), and maybe a piece of safari camping gear.
The 'armor' pieces (with the pegs) are scavenged/jury-rigged circuit boards. One works as a translator, another as a force shield, maybe another as a electro-stunner, ect...

As expected, your rendition of my idea looks incredible. For some reason, I was more envisioning something more like a Razorclaw in oversize Stikfas Legionnaire armor... Great work as always!

Not sure what happened to the last couple posts? But I have a new Xevoz design: Air Elemental: She would also come with a regular pelvis and legs, and cloud armor pieces. She has an "air blast" projectile, and I figure she could use the spinning mechanism, but place it in the upper half of the base, so that it doesn't have too big an effect on the figure itself. I thought a square peg would connect the two halves of the base so that if you used the legs, you could post the bottom part of the base to the bottom of her foot. Here's a drawing:

Interesting concept. Perhaps you might find the time to render its alternate form with the mentioned cloud armour. Since it seems we lost the last two pages of this thread, I will repost some of the missing concepts: ... and doodling another take on Madman's concept after changing the ink supply in my SP multiliner Here is a good link for anyone seeking inspiration and guidance in learning how to draw: www.drawingboard.org/
