For every cool idea Hasbro cranks out, it seems that they always find a way to counter it with a worthless piece of crap. Theoretically, the toys I've linked to below could have been kinda cool. The reality, however, is that they bite. Behold: toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=8&itemid=7937Why?!?

umm........yeah. i will have to agree with you. in concept it would seem like a cool idea to merge the 2 universes together, but those just look sad and pathetic. i would like to see the pics of the slave-one though before i write off the whole deal.

They are very, very ugly. I'm not touching those toys. But from the pictures, I think that the "non-human" characters like Greivous or Vader are looking the best.

So much wasted potential. It would have been better if the Transformer characters change into the SW vehicles. Starscream as a tie fighter, Jetfire as an Xwing. Gah, wasted.

OH MY GOD THOSE ARE AWESOMELY HIDEOUS!!! Yea those are pretty horrible their only saving grace could be the addition of those little minifgure pilots that have those moving arms and legs to pilot them. If that were the case I might have bought the jedi starfighter just to have it in vehicle mode. -| Peace |-

What happened to the times when Transformers were sacred?

So, we can mix transformers and star wars, but not Xevoz and Star Wars, or Xevoz and Transformers? Or any other combination that is more fitting to the nature of the respective universes involved.
This sounds like a typical "bean counter" creative brainstorm to me.
"Look, we'll just merge our two biggest sellers, and BAM! instant success!"
"Yeah, we'll make billions!"

It seems that Hasbro is more interested in combining two of their already-popular, cash cow properties than cross-branding better known properties with a great, lesser known line that could really have used the added exposure of a "big name". Star Wars/Xevoz would have been a much more natural combination--that would have made a lot more sense--than this Star Wars/Transformers crap.

In all honestly, I was only joking when I posted about combining Transformers w/ Star Wars. I didn't think anyone at Hasbro would be stupid enough to try this.
I've heard about milking the cow dry (Star Wars) but this is way over the top and not in a good way.
The X-Fighter guy looks like a mutated Micronaut but I have to conceed, Grievous looks pretty decent.

Ah, come on, we can't be too hard on the guys who thought this one up. I mean that many people trying to figure out what the masses want, they can't be as good as Hollywood but I am sure they are doing their best.
