Squishee - have you checked out PalisadesToys.com? They have some limited stuff up there for Zim and FOP...and Jakks can't figure out any license that doesn't have wrestlers in it.
CJK - I intro'ed you to Men of Medal? Hmmm....you found my site, or asked me about them before? Did I ever log those pages online? Will I ever sell enough of my toys to buy a house? These questions and more, next week on Soap.
The more I think about it, I really like the Dinosaur Xevoz idea. A dino/skeleton...hwarllrll....

[glow=Aqua,2,300]Yes, I'm a registered member on their boards and belong to the Collector's Club. I go by Meats of Evil! over there. I even was the one to supply Ken Lilly with his DVD refenreces episodes of the FOP.

DoctorKent Yes I ran across your site quite a while ago while looking up Rocks, Bugs & Things. Saw the Men of Medal, did a lil research, found nothing, saw some on eBay and have been buying everything I've run across since. Still don't have the complete collection but I'm getting there You needed to think about the Dinosaur Xevoz idea more to like it? All I had to to was read it once and I was hooked

Men of Medal is a really obscure line...which is why I had to feature it. Somebody e-mailed me to ask if I knew anything about them, so I put up the scans after finding next to no info about them anywhere.
When I read Xevoz dinosaurs, I thought cool. But then I remembered Primal Rage, and I thought REALLY COOL! If they follow the normal pattern, the first Dino figure will be either a T-Rex or a Velociraptor.

If they can make a somewhat bigger biomecha (talking of Transcorcher here) I want an Unnatural big dinosaur skeleton. Complete with flesh and muscle pieces hanging off it! (Anyone who played through Ninja Gaiden on Xbox will get the idea)

Which species does the Wild West style fig belong to? I'm really looking forward to picking him up. Does anyone have any info on him?

The figure, according to the latest ToyFare (forget month, but covers are the Punisher and GI Joe movies), is named Quick Slinger... I say he's a Neo Sapiens, but many have been calling him an Unnatural. I say there's no reason you can't have cowboys in an amalgamated futuristic culture such as Xevoz'... I agree, I'm very much looking forward to this one as well. (I expect many to use Dune Stinger's sombrero head on Quick Slinger, as they probably do with Bone Cutter's light bulb head/tail (yes, I use it as a tail for biped BCs) on Sledge Trooper and/or Shock Berzerker....)

WOWZERS! NEW Xevoz Species!? Dinosaurs & Runics they're called? :;thinks:: I could probably take a guess based on their Faction symbols, but the Xipster.com site isn't working for me. Oh, btw I'm new here. DoctorKent introduced me to this website, but I've known about Xevoz figures since back in early Novemeber when action-figure.com showed them for the first time on their website. In recent months they've become my favorite new toys. I already got like 15 of the little guys. Can't wait to get the Wave 2 guys & then find out what these newer species figures will look like also. Take care guys! -Boglin

Welcome to the board Boglin! The Docotor is doin an awesome job at bringing more people over here Thanks for the welcome. I've been talking to people about xevoz on Figures.com's message boards, but only have one thread going on about it. It's cool to see a whole message board devoted to the stuff though. The 2 new species are actually Reptosaur and Runic...granted Reptosaur could and probably will include giant lizards as well SWEEEET. I can't wait to see what these will look like. The Reptosaurs sound very much Dinosaur-related, although if they included reptiles as well, then they'd kind of be stepping on the MetaBeasts toes you know? ~SS~[/glow] Dinosaurs were always my big thing as a kid & the idea of seeing them in the Xevoz line is too cool to be true. I can't wait for more Xevoz stuff to be out, like maybe possible small vehicles, accessory packs or larger figures that can be used as either battle mounts or some other transportation thing. -Boglin

SWEEEET. I can't wait to see what these will look like. The Reptosaurs sound very much Dinosaur-related, although if they included reptiles as well, then they'd kind of be stepping on the MetaBeasts toes you know? I'm assuming the Reptosaurs will be more Dragon/Dinosaur based but even if they did include other lizard types I really don't see it invading on MetaBeast territory. I'm thinking MetaBeast are more along the lines of warm blooded mammals...unless of course they throw a few aquatic figs in there in which case I don't see why they couldn't have inlcuded lizards... I would love to see some larger scale Dragonish ride on beasts but I have a concern with the cost of collecting this line. I've been trying to do 2 of each fig but if they keep getting bigger and better I don't know how long I'll be able to keep up with out sacrificing my other collections

Heck, we got our first non-mammalian Meta Beast in the form of the Storm Wing that's due out soon, so maybe they'll include all types of animals in the future. Thing with this line is, each faction has sooo much cool figure potential, that we can't get them all out at once. Hasbro would have to do waves of just 1 species/faction type to get stuff done quickly. I don't think alot of people would go for that, but I know an all Meta Beast/Hyperfuries/Sectoids Wave would be cool with me. ;D Then again, we don't know yet what a "Reptosaur" actually is, for all we know it could be a faction of Dinosaur/Dragon people like you said. The background picture from the website clearly shows a great-big castle there, & I'm pretty sure whomever built it was a sentient being. I would love to see some larger scale Dragonish ride on beasts but I have a concern with the cost of collecting this line. I've been trying to do 2 of each fig but if they keep getting bigger and better I don't know how long I'll be able to keep up with out sacrificing my other collections ::nods:: Yeah, me too. Basically I could totally just go into collecting Xevoz & not have it effect my collections toooo much. MotU (the new line) is kinda dead so all my cash that might have gone into that line can now go into Xevoz, and as for Transformers, I only buy the figures I think are cool anyways (I'm not really a completist). Time will tell though, eh'? -Boglin

My next thought would be animals that are exclusive to rainforests but that doesn't rule out much but aquatic figs....who knows...I sure as heck don't ::nods:: Yeah, me too. The only thing I have going for me as far as new stuff goes is that I don't buy anything unless it's on clearance. That saves me a bit of money rather then buying everything as soon as it hit the shelves like I used to. That philosophy really paid off when KB knocked all the MOTU down to $4.99, rounded out the collection quite nicely My major problem is the older 80's lines...me and eBay are very good friends unfortunately

I don't have that much money to spend on figures, but I definitely want to keep buying Xevoz. Other than that, Transformers cost me a lot of money. I'm not a completist, but I want one of each mold. I already dropped Universe seeing as they'Re all repaints. Energon and Alternators however are must haves for me. Other than that, the occasional McFarlane figure and Marvel Legend. There's also, Bionicle, but I find them a bit pricey since they'Re all the same. Thats pretty much it.
