I thought that since the Runics have their own thread the Reptrosaurs should have one too. ;D I want them to be dragons, lizards, snakes, etc. Mabye a kamodoo dragon warlord

Ok...so the Runics and Reptrosaurs have their own threads now what about the Reptosaurs? Regardless this is bound to be my favorite species whenever it does debut. I'm just unsure if they will be Dragon like in shape and form or if they will follow the typical human like form in reptilian styles...

I'm not sure either but it could be hard for them to make it humaniod But it'll probably be cool either way

I look forward to these guys too. Dinosaurs, dragons, and lizards... oh my! I'm sure they'll have the typical bipedal human look, but also have the option to stand on all "fours" like the Razorclaw. Possible gag item: purple Barney head! And it would be way cool to have a chameleon color changing Xevoz lizard w/eyes that have their own sockets and a super articulate/flexible tail to hang onto trees or a neo-sapien's limbs! ;D

I'm not sure how hasbro will make the chameleon change colors but that would be cool

Interesting idea on the color changing concept. I think the only color change stuff I've ever seen has always been based on dipping the figure in hot or cold water. As for tails all they really need to do is include a bunch of small snap together pieces like they have on Alpha Rangers gun and you have a posable tail

Hasbro did the color changing thing with GI Joe. The 1984 Zartan changed colors in the sun, and in the water. There were a number of other Joes that changed colors, like the "beloved" ninja faction of the 90's!;D
Point being, they can and have done it before. Whether they do or not? Probably they won't, is my guess, but it would be neat! We'll have to wait and see.

[glow=aqua,2,300] Heh, ol' blueish green color changing Zartan. I never understood how that turning into the color of freaky foutain water equated to him being the ultimate master of disguise.
I hope the species centers on intelligent beasts who look like dinosaur and dragon amalgamations. I'd like a humanoid type creature okay but I hope most of them are more like terrifing beasts and not humaniod looking creatures otherwise they could have been contained under the Meta-Beast flag.

Hey, SS, good point. Humanoid Reptaurs might as well be a Meta-Beast (I wonder if Meta-Beasts are only Mammals?) Something more repitillian would be called for, maybe something lower to the ground, shorter, stubbier legs, longer tails, etc. But the Razorclaw looks terrific on all fours as well as on it's hind feet, so that route would look okay, as well. Tough call, but I'm sure what we get will be awesome. This toyline is quickly become my favorite right now. The only other one I "actively" collect is GI Joe, but I've been staying away from a lot of the newer stuff and still focus mainly on the '80's stuff. Hasbro has a WINNER toyline here!

They could maybe cast a pair of arms or something in color-change plastic that's effected by sunlight instead of water maybe? The articulated eyes w/ their own sockets sounds totally able to be done, as it's pretty much how the Razor Claw's lower jaw pegs into it's head. Hey, SS, good point. Well the Meta-Beasts have the Storm Wing on their side, & that's not a mammal, it's a birdie. Tough call, but I'm sure what we get will be awesome. Yeah, I just hope they reveal something about these 2 new species sometime in the future, the suspense is terrible! -Boglin

Man, they really revealed this too quick, about new races. Our only possible target date is the California and Chicago cons in the summer. Anybody going? We need someone to ask the people (since Hasbro has now started a policy of no questions answered unofficially). I'm already booked up, so I will not be able to go. [glow=aqua,2,300]I think they slyly did this for good reason. They actually have not annouced anything offically. We just looked at the case and the backgrounds on xipster.com; we then put 2 and 2 together. Besides Look at the buzz it's getting here from this little discovery! I think the speculation and anticipation is healthy for the line and fun.
If no one is going maybe someone we know is going to cover some other toyline (such as Star Wars or Tranformers) and wouldn't mind asking a few Xevoz related questions for us? It's worth a shot.
