Straight from a TRU manager contact - thanks be!
Xevoz Transport SKN 104782 price $29.99
Xevoz Core Battle (Transcorcher class, gleaned from EE's description) SKN 890068 price $19.99
So, now we know - its a $9 figure (7 glyphs, per EE, same a Skull Jack and such) with a $21 case. Works for me. So, will Street Punk be a $9 figure? How many parts will Transcorcher have? Who will be the fan who buys the early one from Hong Kong and overpays by $40?

Awesome,
Thanks Doc, much appreciated.
Just for future reference I ran some calcs on EE pricing and their list is approximately 25% over the actual retail (TRU pricing), on Xevoz merchandise at least. I actually just assumed the price when I was updating the collector spreadsheet a few days back, and hit the nail right on the head with both prices.
I can stomach these prices a little better, but I'm still a bit edgy about the whole $60 (minus for whatever I can recoup from the sale of the 2nd case if anything) if I want two Spectre figs.
Not to slight TRU, because I really want to support them as much as possible (I will buy things there if that is the first place that they show up), but pricing at the brick and mortars (i.e. Target and Meijer at this point) will probably be just a bit lower (as noted by the $1 difference, in line with Hasbro's MSRP, in the basics), and if things show up their first, then, well....yeah, you get it.
I feel so sorry for people who pay the over inflated price/shipping from Hong Kong, because I'll bet that I usually can find what I want locally within' days (maybe a week) after their package arrives from overseas. In the end, just a slight amount of patience means a huge savings (and twice the product for half the cost).
From the looks of the transcorcher I'd bet (based on a quick analysis of the car and the robot pics), approximately 40 pieces give or take a couple. Based on both the Toy Fair pics and EE's pic.
5 per leg (10 total) (includes front wheel) 3 per arm (6 total) 3 for the torso/head/pelvis assembly 3 chest armor 5 backpack 2 guns 2 rear tires approximately 7-9 parts on the "car" that I can't seem to place on the figure.
Anyway, I can't wait to get my hands on the Skygrinder figs. (after a great week of finds last week), and it sounds like these others may be comin' up pretty quickly (at least the Transcorcher) behind the grinder. I'm happy, but my bank account is gonna be a little ticked at me for a month or so, but oh well....
Later,
-Shane

I can't wait for this set. Obviously I can't wait for any of the upcoming sets. I figured the Punk/'Scorcher pack would be $20. It's just a bit bigger than the SB/BC pack. I wonder if he's got firing missiles? Didn't look like it. $30 for the Case is just a bit much. $25 would have been much better. Esp. when it comes with an exclusive figure. I hate to say it, but I think that one is gonna tank. I don't want it to, but nor do I want to buy about 5 of them.

When you look at the case from the Doctors' view point it really doesn't seem that bad. $10 for the fig, $20 for the case which is about right, it's just combining 2 purchases into 1. Granted if it wasn't for Iron Spectre I would have probably just bought 1 of the case and not opened it, now I'm kind of forced to open one Oh well, everything can't be perfect. As for the Core Battle if your guestimating around 40 pieces for Transcorcher and let's say 30 pieces for Street Punk based on all the figures released so far that average out to .21 per piece it seems like it should have around a $15 tag. There must be something we're missing someplace unless the price is higher because the pieces for Transcorcher are larger then the typical figure pieces.
