I just came back from tru and they had a sale on Xevoz. Buy 1 get one free. I think it's only good for the basic packs ($7.99). The sale ends on the 29th, I think. I picked up 2 Skull Jacks, 1 Alpha Ranger and 1 Razor Claw all for $16 not a bad deal at all.

I have yet to see any BOGO sales at TRUs in Ft Worth TX.
I checked in early February (when it was mentioned on StikFans) and again yesterday.
The location within the store has change (Xevoz now has a logoed 4ft section), but no BOGO signage. At least the 2 packs were plentiful.

You don't need to see the signs to take advantage of the sale. It's in their flier and in the computers. Just bring the figures up to the register and as they ring in, it should say promo under the name.

And it'll say something about the promo when you check the price at a price scanner.(Not real clear, but you can tell there's a deal going on.)

Nope - not at this store.
I made mention of it at the checkout (and was rung up by the manager in the "Returns" station) - she said the sales were regional (and at 43, 6-4, and 300lbs -- I'm not one to take the first "no" I'm given).
This store did not participate at that time. My second trip was solely for the 2 pack, which others got at BOGO by exploiting a signage loophole (and besides, I only needed 1 2 pack).

When my Toys R Us had the sign up, I did get my second Alpha Ranger and Sledge Trooper. When they rang up as $19 instead of $11, they did go back, confirm that they did in fact have a Buy One Get One Free sign, and ring it up for the Deluxe price.
I'm pleasantly amazed at the $15 for the 2-Pack set - I was sure it'd be $20 at least. Great value, great set. (I wonder if we'll see these in more stores than Toys R Us?... thus far, I did see them at a Branson 5 and dime, but that's about it.)

Um, did I miss something? Why did you bring this "dead" topic back up? Here I was getting all excited thinking there was another sale.

Yeah, looks like it's the night of the undead topics tonight. (How Unnatural! ) Happens to every forum occasionally, I blame the moon phases.

Should I lock posts like these when they're no longer viable and can cause confusion or should I just leave it as be?

I'd leave them be, GG. It was just kind of annoying. I(along with others, possibly) thought something was up with all these old threads being on the front page. Shade, maybe find something more constructive to do than post 3 or 4 word responses in 2 month old threads? C'mon already. There's that old saying, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." How's about if you've got nothing to post, then don't post? I come on here often and flip through posts, but I don't reply to them all. Most times I've got nothing to say. I'm not being harsh, just sharing my opinion.
