This is a new show that will be airing on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim line up in two weeks. The idea seems to be fashioned from some other shows, but it looks like it will be entertaining nonetheless from the commercials I've seen. What do you think?

Yeah, I saw the commercials, and there was also an article in the latest Toy Fare about it. It is suppose to be skits like in SNL, but with toys. Some guys at Toy Fare helped create it (hence all the Mego dolls, and aticle in Toy Fare about it ), along with Seth Green.
I was gonna mention the show, It would be cool to see Xevoz in it. I dunno if we will, but it would peak my interest if they made a "cameo" or something. They would be perfect with all their movemenet and such after all.[/b]

Yeah, stop motion using toys and stuff. It's gonna be on Adult Swim starting Febuary 20th I think. [/b]

Did anyone see the show? It was on again tonight, the same premier episode. If you didn't.. you are incredibly lucky. The show is soo horrible imo, I don't think I laughed once. This is coming from a guy that generally likes everything on Adult Swim. Other then being done with action figures in stop motion, it has nothing going for it imo. Saturday Night Live is better, that's how bad I think it is [/b]

I don't like Family guy that much, and this had a similar aesthetic. Very cheap frat humor. Feh. I did laugh once though--I can't remember when. Maybe when all the cylons where falling down.

Secter, I finally saw it last night, and I agree with you: the first episode was pretty terrible. I'm going to apply the " Three strikes, yer outta here!" method and catch a couple more episodes before passing final judgement. Still, after last night's showing, my hopes for this show are already pretty much in the crapper. Too bad . . . I was really looking forward to this show.

Yeah, I agree with you guys. I thought this would be funny, but now I'm embarrassed for even bringing up the topic. Who knew?
I'll give it another shot. Hopefull it will get better.

No need for embarrassment on your part, man. Honestly, I fully expected the show to be hilarious. Maybe the series just got off to a weak start. (I hope, anyway.)
For what it's worth, I didn't especially care for the first episode of The Venture Brothers, but that series went on to establish itself as one of my all-time favorites in a single season. While I'm not really expecting anything one way or another, that same thing could eventually prove to be the case with Robot Chicken . . . .

Well, I loved Venture Bros, but I HATED super milk chan. I still don't much care for it, but it got better. I hope that RC gets better. Much better.

Yeah, I am really hoping that is the case too. I generally like most the stuff Seth Green does, and the stuff in Twisted Mego Theatre so I am suprised the first episode sucked so bad. [/b]
