A while back, there was a thread about gamertags. While that's good, I think we overlooked another subject: Games. What's a system without the games? Pretty much the same thing the Wii is right now, D'OH!
In any case, I figured I'd list off some of the games I have and write a little blab about ones I'm playing currently. So without further ado, here's my list of games:
Aegis Wing [Free Download if you have LIVE - Haven't played it yet]
Battlefield 2: MC [Great!]
Call of Duty 2 [Had it for a while - Still in Shrinkwrap]
Crackdown [Great!]
Dance Dance Revolution: Universe [Ankle-Breaker after basic]
Gears of War [Great-No Question!!]
Geometry Wars Evolved [Great - All-time Fantastic Favorite Addictive Shooter!!]
King Kong [Good and easy points]
Lego Star Wars II [Just got it - Still in Shrinkwrap]
Marvel Ultimate Alliance [Great!]
N3: Ninety Nine Nights [Just started playing - Great!]
Phantasy Star Universe [Just started playing]
Project Gotham Racing 3 [Great!]
Rainbow Six: Las Vegas [Just got it - Still in Shrinkwrap]
Viva Pinata [Just got it - Still in Shrinkwrap]
Currently Playing: N3:Ninety Nine Nights
The only thing about N3 that I think is missing is team combat and online play. Other than that, I think this game is totally awesome. I just started playing it yesterday. It's an older game and I just got my 360 earlier this year, so I'm playing catch-up with a lot of games. I got a good deal on this game from eBay; it might not be a good place to find cheap Xevoz, but when it comes to 360 games, oh boy, it's great - I bought this game plus it came with Viva Pinata for free for $26!! That's shipping included and both were still in original shrink wrap. It's all about finding it at the right time I guess.
I think the best way to describe this game is to picture characters much like the fighter Soul Calibur, now put a story behind those characters and add in nicely sized maps and countless, and I do mean COUNTLESS, like epic-proportion countless, hordes of enemies - almost like a modernized Gauntlet without the dungeon. It's basically a slash-fest, but there's more to it because you have two squads that you lead into combat that can vary from archers, infantry, heavy infantry and pikemen - even though some of the moves you pull in the games are far from realistic, you can't do it alone in this game - you need the fluffers, er.. your troops. ;D
I'm just getting started with this title and I'm enjoying it a great deal. You can find this at your local retailer for about half the price it was sold for originally, or even cheaper via eBay like I did. I say it's worth buying, especially at the price it goes for now.
Now it's your turn to recommend a game that you like on the 360!
