I know it's just a short cartoon series and some of the artistic style (myself included) does not always appeal to everyone.... but this is the most enjoyable these prequel characters and story has been to watch to date. I'd like to see Genndy and crew rework the entire prequel trilogy and see if they can make the show way more interesting than Lucas did.

Love clone wars! Seriously the coolest cartoon on that channel IMO, even if it is only 15 seconds long or whatever. Gennedy Tortavoski is the king of Cartoon Network! If not for him we'd still be watching Snaggle Puss and Jaba-jab-jab-abbah Jaw. For those not familiar, He created Johnny Bravo, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Samurai Jack to name just a few. F**ck, was clone wars on last night?!? I always miss it! Guess I'll have to wait till they compile them all together on Toonami, or buy the DVD.

Squishee- I agree... for the first time, I've viewed Anakin as a sympathetic, almost likable character.
---
Kapusta- I believe the episodes are viewable on cartoonnetwork.com the day after they air.

Yes, they just posted last night's episode and I totally marked out like a little kid.
Lucas' idea of making Yoda a badassed jedi = Idiotic Mexican jumping bean with a lightsaber
Genndy's idea of making Yoda a badassed jedi = Yoda force pushes gigantic droid landing crafts into one another destroying thousands of tanks, crafts and droid invaders.
Genndy > Lucas

I've been following the Clone Wars: Vol. II cartoon this week, and went ahead and picked the Vol. I DVD on Tuesday. For me, these shorts have probably been the most fun I've had with Star Wars since I was a kid. This time around, I'm saving all the shorts to a hard drive so that I can make my own Vol. II DVD this weekend. This is almost enough to make me hope that the Star Wars TV show might be animated . . . .

Kapusta,
You're right about Genndy Tartakovsky being the creator of Dexter's Lab and Samurai Jack, but the Powerpuff Girls were created by Craig McCracken. Also, Johnny Bravo came into existence via Van Partible, and Courage was brought about by John Dilworth.

I did not know about those animators, but I do know that Gennedy picked up powerpuff girls for a short series a while back. Guess I just saw his name in the credits and put 2 and 2 together (similar animation). Now correct me if I'm wrong, but is Gennedy working on Foster's home For imaginary Freinds also? I know McCracken had somthing to do with it, but maybe GT is onboard too. Gennedy is still the king ;D! Plus, Star Wars the animated series would Kick so much Ass!

Genndy did most of the art directing on the PPG in some of the mid-seasons, but it was still McCracken's baby. In fact, both are good friends and have worked on each others shows quite a bit.

Anyone see chapter 24? Keeps getting better. I loved the fight between the jedi guard and Greivious' lackeys.
_That's_ what a high-powered jedi battle looks like.

SPOILERS below for website watchers!!!
I loved how Shak-Ti slyly used the force to tie grievous cape to the bullet train. I also enjoyed seeing the Hammerhead Jedi use his natural sonic blast ability. It was pretty damn funny watching him ride the elevator's down button as Grievous approached too. It was a great episode and I love how we are getting to see all these other Jedi's strut their stuff in this series. It'll make their eventual deaths more dramatic when they die in episode 3.

I like the miniseries. The artwork could definitley use some work but other than that it's ok. I've been watching them and taping them.

Art work needs help, WHAT!? This is some of the coolest stuff to come out of cartoon network in a while. Guess it is a matter of opinion. I think about how fast paced the show is, and how cool, IMO it renders the movies useless.

Love the miniseries. I especially loved at the end of Episode 25
SPOILER
when Mace Windu just force squeezes Grievous' chest. That was pure pwnage.
======================================= Wut I found suprising was I had more sympathy for the hammerhead and yeti jedis in the 3 episodes they were in then i had for Anakin in Attack of the Clones.
