We have 3-4 left. A couple people on the top 20 did not want them, so pretty much first come first served right now. If we run out I will start a waiting list. They are $37.99 + shipping. See above for more then enough on the topic as to why and how, etc... Just PM that you want one. Thanks

I can let bygones be bygones. For my part, most of this erupted after waiting for a couple hours for some news that I expected would be different that what it was. In retrospect, thats fine. No big deal, now that I know what to expect in the marketplace forum.
I'm glad that Gonzo will get a set.

Thanks for making me laugh again, I needed it.

I have a tiny opinion to offer, with no malice towards anyone nor any special favoritism towards anyone either...
The offer has to be taken at face value. In any marketplace transaction the vendor is in it for the money, the buyer wants the goods cheaply. What else is new?
Here's the wrench in the works for us buyers - the toy line has been cancelled. That means TRU and Wal-Mart did not buy enough. Hasbro did not sell enough. In an attempt to bail themselves out of the debt represented by this line of toys, Hasbro is dumping the existing run of Xevoz toys in Asia somewhere. Why there? Because they are manufactired in China - or so my Hemogoblin box tells me. They are dumping them where they are manufactured, or stored, or something very like that. Mystery solved.
Along comes DNS Toys and makes an offer to the members of this board. Sweet. Don't want the deal, can't afford it? No more toys for you - at least not from this source. But it's not exactly DNS Toys' fault, not at all. Are they taking at least minor advantage of a situation? Of course they are, but so would you in their shoes (selling toys is their business, they are not exclusively hobby collectors as far as I can tell).
Now just how bad is their deal? That much prized set including Runeslayer and Firedrake just heard the last hammer drop on ebay at around $65. By comparison $38 seems quite the bargain right now. But still, don't want the deal - don't go for it.
Now it would be of value for someone to speak up and tell us all that DNS Toys is a scam, but if they are not then all the bad talk has been for nought. If DNS Toys is a good and honest dealer of toys that delivers the goods for the agreed upon price, then no one has anything of substance to say against them - or so I would think.
Me, the stupid newb, I took them up on their offer. We shall see how it goes. I have no reason not to trust them. I am grateful I can score some toys I might not otherwise have been able to track down on my own - not with any amount of driving or hours lost in my quest for cheap clearanced toys. For me that's a win-win, because I make a lot of money per hour doing somethinge else for a living.
That's my $1.50 adjusted for inflation...
YMMV.

Agreed. I too saw that Runeslayer 2pack on Ebay jump up to those crazy prices in the last few hours. As it did, I came to a realization and conclusion, we are no longer just toy fans. Now that the line is dead we've become collectors, and in the collectors market, demand and rarity are going to jack prices up. From now on, if we find anything at clearance or retail, let's just be happy and count our lucky stars.

DFReaper, that was a very funny post. He has the right attitude. DFReaper wrote: GG is supposed to get a FD vs RS for each page that this topic goes on for...... Got it. GG is planning on sending yours truly the second one he gets...... Got it. Thanks for making me laugh again, I needed it. If I got a chuckle outta you, then my work here is done here. P.S. I, like many others, expect those photos ASAP GG. You have to realize, with great power comes great responsibily. (Que Inspirational music, but none of that Yanni crap...)

I have been contemplating posting photos whenever I get my set. I don't wanna tick anyone off that didn't want to purchase the set though. However, if you guys want I will do another review of both figures like I id Thunder Shaman, and post pics along with them. That is of course, as long as no one minds.[/b]

I just wanted to go on record here and say I am sorry to both Secter and David. I'm not looking for another battle or forgiveness. This is just an public apology. I didn't like the selling of the rare wave 3 figures on ebay and still don't. I pretty much tried to crucify him for for it and made a one man board war over it. That was wrong and immature on my part. I should have kept it to myself.
I also went way overboard when this sale popped up here and accused him and secter of a lot of things that stemmed only from my own paranoia and probably my disappointment. Now that I know from other sources that wave 4 probably won't make it to the shores unless it is brought in by the secondary market so with that in mind and how far David went to get the toys it was within his right to sell them here. There were no panic selling techniques involved, just precatious testamonials and semi-pessimestic viewpoint that may turn out to be true or not.
Anyway, I just took a step back and didn't like how I handled it and how if I kept going in the same direction it might split the board apart. I still don't really like how the sale was promoted and announced, but you guys were within your rights to do it without getting unfairly bashed by me. The posters here deserve getting a shot to get them even at a markup. It's better than them getting a shot at all and having to pay more elsewhere. Since Dave is going to be around awhile, I figured I should post this apology here to keep the peace and to let him know I'm not going to attack any other business dealings he does here.

Hi. I'm a new poster here, though I've been watching this board for months to get info on Xevoz and to see your customs. I just wanted to say that I've dealt with Dave through dnstoys and my experience was excellent. He was very accomodating and courteous, and I'd trust his store again for sure.

No hard feelings here, Squishee, or to anyone else for that matter.
I know both of us can get pretty worked up at times, and be head strong. The way Dave and I went about presenting the info could have probably been handled a little better too, at least to make the bad news that came with it less of a shock and disappointment to some.
Anyways, I am willing to let bygones be bygones. I can't stay mad at someone who loves Xevoz as much as I, it's like hating myself [/b]

Alright folks, this is starting to look like a public service anounced from Transformers or G.I. Joe from back in the 80's. So I lets call it day by saying...... All together now..... ANd knowing is half the battle. ;D (I am glad to see that the adult part that likes the mini wheats cause they are good for you won against the fanboy parts that likes them for the sweet frosting. Now back to customizing and Kitbashing, post haste.)

Thanks Squishee, I'm still a bit mad, but I can get over it. I think you know I tried to clearly state where I was coming from and you are very big for apologizing. We can agree to disagree on somethings. I have no problem with that. I am not out to hurt anyone on this board. Just make a living and offer my customers the best deals that I can figure out and still keep the business rolling, which can be challenging when competing against the big box boys. That is my final word on the subject. Back to regular scheduled postings.... David www.dnstoys.com

Heh, thanks for being big about it, Dave. You didn't have to be cool in return after the big ruckus I caused. I appreciate that.

Dave, is there no way you can give em to us (assuming you have some left) at a lower price? And what is the estimated shipping cost?

Sorry, out of them right now. Have started a waiting list for our bigger shipment. Price will be the same, sorry. Shipping is coming out between 7.50-$8.50 via priority mail unless you are on the West coast. PM me if you want on the list. Should know by Tues/Wed if we get more, or not. David
