Xovez, I'm glad you took care of this and made it right. I can understand selling becoming a headache when you have a band and a job so I understand you not wanting to do more orders. It's just natural for people to worry that they are getting a bad deal if there is no communication and no parts coming in. So it's probably better for you and the buyers if it takes too much time from your other serious commitments and vice versa.

I have a little list of parts I need that I'll resend you via a PM. You can decide whether you want to fill it in full with the extra payment needed or just partially with the credit I have with you.

I'm done with this entire fiasco. You're sending me back my money ($13.50) & thats all I ever wanted.

As far as the "Disputed Parts list" I mailed you, you asked for my original order. That's what I re-send to you. I understand what you're saying about the Preda-Crawler parts not being available. But I figured that you would just have removed them from the list & mailed out the remaining parts & left-over money. Its not my fault that you don't have the revised PM I sent to you.

But I degress, You're making good on your word by mailing me back the $13.50 & for that, I deeply thank you. I thought it was really cool of you to even offer to sell parts to people. I hate that this entire situation has been such a hassle. I have no hard feelings as long as the money arrives.

At this point SS, I would be totally shocked if Zovex was man enough to follow thru with his words & actually do what he has repeatedly said. I doubt he ever had any intention of mailing the money or parts back. Because there is no reason he can give now that can explain why its taken over 3 months to fill an order/ refund money.

I realize now that his claims of mailing back the money were feeble attempts to "save face" on this board. He was probally hoping to steal more money from others.

Which is the very reason I'm continually posting here. So that others will not be screwed over by ZOVEX "The Xevoz THIEF" So that others will learn from my mistake.

At this point, Zovex could crawl on his hands & knees over broken glass from Antioch TN to my house with the money in hand & I still would not forgive him.

Zovex, you want to know why I reposted what you got for Christmas? Simple...To prove to everyone on this board that you could have simply filled my order ANYTIME you felt like it, you had the parts. But you chose not to & decided instead to rip me off.

So yes & I bitter & yes my trust has been betrayed.

jesus christ. first of all, ARSENAL, you are the only person i have ever had any problems with, and you and only you, are the reason i have stopped selling parts all together. all the others i have sold to have had no problems.....ask around.

you absolutely lied to me about the parts you did not recieve....at the time of your order, i didn't even have any predacrawler parts...yet, when i asked for a list of the parts you had ordered and not recieved, sure enough, it included predacrawler pieces.

i sent out your first order. you "didn't recieve it" whatever. i was willing to send out some more....but then you lied. so i started asking around before i sent you money. figured i try not to get stolen from again.

no, i have not sent out your refunded money, i probably will, so you will shut up....but not because i feel like i owe you. i have no need to "save face" here. i am not selling parts anymore. every other buyer had no problems.....

and why, if i was in the business of stealing money, would i bother with a measly 13.50? wtf, do you think i am going to retire off that?

It's your vehement FU attitude that puts you at a disadvantage IMO. You seem to be very angry and unreasonably hateful over this. You also did promise in this thread to make restitution and didn't follow through. I'm not saying you definately jobbed him over $13 or the package did not get lost, but neither do I think he'd be constantly coming back here mostly on the same issue if he had gotten his parts or money back. He's been a lot more patient and nice about this issue than most probably would be considering how long this has been running. It just seems to me that if you both were in agreement to get this cleared up it would be taken care of a long time ago without all the feuding.

I guess you never bother to ready any of my previous posts. Because you keep going back to my ORIGINAL parts order. Yes, I admitted earlier that it had Predacrawler parts on it. I made the assumption that you would fill the parts you had at that time & refund me the rest . But I guess I put too much faith & trust in you. Let me ask you this ZOVEX, where is the original tracking number or confirmation number from the Post Office from the original order you mailed me? Oh wait...thats right...you dont have that. Because you never sent that parts.

So you were actually going to mail me back the $13.50 until you read my PM? ......Riiiight. Like I actually believe that for a second. You're just angry & bitter about your lack of follow-thru. That excuse is right up there with "I'll mail you your parts on 1/3/05 when I get back home" or how about this one "I'll refund you your money"

To answer the address change. The first address I gave you was indeed my work address. Because I know the manager of the Mail Room & he always takes care of my orders. He was on the look-out for my parts & guess what. They never arrived. Once again, its not my fault you didn't put a tracking number on the "Supposed first shipment you mailed out" which I truely believe to be another fish story & you never mailed in the first place.

So now you've decided to keep my money & stop filling out orders for anyone else. Thank God! I'm glad to lose $13.50 to prevent any other people from going thru the same qauntlet you've put me thru. As I said earlier, if this was Ebay then I would have gotten my money back months ago. How convienent for you that you have the luxury to decide how to spend MY money. Enjoy it Zovex, I hope you sleep easy at night.

Bottom line is this Zovex, you obviously need the money more than me. Thats why you did what you did & tried to masquarade it as "Well he sent me the wrong parts list" As I posted before, its not my fault you deleted the PM I sent you with a revised parts list. So if you're trying to pass the blame to me, get over yourself & admit YOUR mistake.

The best thing about this entire disaster is that now the entire world knows what you did & just what kind of a person you really are. That's why I posted this as a public topic....as a last resort.

Good lord man, he's not raping babies. Calm the hell down. We get it. At this point, anybody who took the time to read this thread realizes that your parts order from Zovex didn't come through as well as you would have liked. We've heard both sides of the story, and people can make thier own opinions as to what happened. If they want to trust Zovex, or you for that matter, with any type of future transaction, they've been warned. Now take it to PM's. Or spice up your arguments with something new.

my "fu" attitude comes from ebaying....and dealing with people over the net....i farked up and didn't track orders....i hoped i would not have to....but i guess i was wrong.

and you know ss,since you are picking sides, you could back me up a little....it seems like if i was stealing money, you over $30.00 order(which you received) would have been the likely candidate.....

it's just very dissapointing to me, that it boils down to me saying i sent parts, him saying he didn't get them, and then people jumping down my throat calling me a thief.

it would just be nice if a few of these people who received thier orders would back me up.....or check the seller feedback thread i guess, before judging.

i am not loosing any sleep, you have just as much proof you didn't receive your parts as i do that i did send them.....let it go.

maybe the parts got lost in the mail, maybe you actually didn't recieve them.....i don't know....but i did send them and i am done with you.
