I'm willing to trade a MIP Cryokatana vs Predacrawler and a MIP Quickslinger for a MIP tomb wraith. Any takers?

I woulda took you up on that offer.. if Hasbro wasn't a bunch of (quick children, avert your eyes!) f*** offs and sent me a Skull Jack as a replacement for my Tomb Wraith.
Anyways, sorry I can't help bud. You should hate Hasblow along with me now, we could have had a deal if not for their pathetic customer service [/b]

[/b][/quote] I can't help but think that maybe (a big maybe) they did try and help you out Secter. Since you had sent in and quite clearly requested a Tomb Wraith figure, they had good intentions but were out and sent you the closest thing they had to a black skeleton with wings. Now, I am in no way trying to criticize here, but I'm just curious to know..In your opinion, if they truly are out of Tomb W. figures, what should have Hasbro done? Would you have prefered they send you back the one you sent in in the first place?

Yup, that's exactly what I wanted. I even asked if they would do that and they said they couldn't (dunno why.. real stupid imo though.). I took my chances and was hopen for a new Tomb Wraith since I thought they would have some wave three. I didn't think their wave 3 stock was as depleted as it seems to be.
I am really just venting some steam. It isn't a huge deal, but I would have much rather preferred to get a Tomb Wraith instead of a Skull Jack, which now puts my count up to 16.
What really gets me about it is first off, the figure came in such horrible condition, it seriously looks like it was stepped on. Second the person I was e-mailing got somewhat snippy when I asked about other options then sending the figure in and having them run a lotto for my return. I was told before that I could not get my original figure mailed back if I sent it in and that I should try returning it to a store. At that point I told them I would just retun the figure if I could find them in stores and never heard anything back.
Last I got a message saying they were out of TW figures and would send one as soon as they got more which kinda got my hopes up. Two weeks later I e-mailed them asking about it, and I got a Skull Jack in the mail that very same day (never got a reply to my message though, even if it is out dated which also ticked me off bit).
It really is a combination of all of this that has made me so bitter. After all I have invested a TON of money in this line and they can't even replace the right figure that THEY messed up packaging? They can't ship me my figure back or let me know before hand if they have any in the warehouse? Is the warehouse on some deserted island that can't be called, e-mailed, or simply walked to and found out if they had any there?
As I said in my other thread about it though, they did at least send me a fig of the same race (but then again, I dunno if this was on purpose or they just grabbed one randomly).[/b]

From my communications with them it's just radomly grabbed. Hasbro's overall CS attitude is: yeah, we care.... just not that much.
