I asked him what the reserve is and he told me $150, so it's got a while to go before it reaches that amount.
I look foward to the day when we can pick up cheap Xevoz on eBay. I hate breaking apart a figure for a custom, I'd much rather buy by the piece.

$150 Hmmmm... I don't think he's going to get that. It's loose and he mentions it not being complete. Although he might get that it is a good deal if you don't have any of these or have a lot of money to spend. I wouldn't bid on it unless I got it for a low-ball bargain.

Oh sure SS, first you say you wouldn't bid on it but then you're telling me it was a nice pick up To be honest I didn't think I would get it for $150, $162 if you count the shipping. Even so retail for the lot would have cost around $250 and even if you figured everything out along the lines of a TRU sale I picked up 3 more boosters then I could have gotten with a TRU sale. Granted it wasn't as good of a deal as I would have liked but I did get all the figures for less then the cost of a booster each

Question is, what will you do with so much figures? Compete against Zovex perhaps?

Oh sure SS, first you say you wouldn't bid on it but then you're telling me it was a nice pick up What's wrong with that? I don't want to spend that much on a lot of figures I feel I have enough duplicates of already, but I still recognize that it was a good bargain for someone else who may want more. ~SS~

GF: I really don't know what I'll do with all the figs I just can't stand to pass up a decent deal. Plus I know that the number of combinations expands so immensly with the more figs you get. Now I just need to sit down and find some time to play ;D SS: Nothing wrong with that at all buddy, I just haven't had a lot of time to come to the boards lately and I felt the need to harass ya

[glow=green,2,300]Perhaps he'll be kind enough to sell kits he doesn't need to poor souls like me, who can't find certain kits (Hint-Crypt Curse, Moon Stalker/Hemo-Goblin).[/glow]

You'd be amazed at how kind he might be, SS knows pretty well. I'll tell you right now though that I don't have a Crypt Curse myself yet so he won't be going anywhere

Congrats on the latest score there CJK....
I have to admit that I am semi-surprised how ravenous the hard core Xevoz fans have become. I expected to see a modest amount of multiples buying, but I certainly never expected to see the sheer numbers involved in certain individual's collections.
The really scarry thing is, that we're only one year in, imagine what some of these respective collections will look like in another two or three years. I can see it now, entire houses decorated purely in hordes and hordes of Xevoz, as far as the eye can see....

I don't plan on going that far with my Xevoz collection but I do intend on picking up any bargains I come in contact with in the next few years. Whether it be collectors selling off their collections for cheap to get quick cash to purchase the latest obsession or stocking up on clearence items, I'm down with it. Xevoz are so diverse that having lots a parts to build customs opens up so many creative doors. I just wished the Xevoz community had someone who could and would create and keep up to date an LCAD type system for us so I could design custom sets even if I lacked the parts in hand.
