This is my 500th post to the board!!! Go me!!!!! ;D ;D ;D Here's two Grim Skulls that I have set up on display in my home and at work. Neither one is terribly original, but I like the variations on the wings, limbs, and armor. And yes, I did check, they are the Grim Skull parts not Tomb Wraith. Thankfully I only mixed up 2 or 3 pieces on any of my GS and TW figures. ~whew~ lol [glow=red,2,300]Grim Skull #1[/glow] All GS pieces with extra lower leg pieces added to the fiery wings so that they can flap like Storm Wing's wings.
[glow=red,2,300]Grim Skull #2[/glow] This one has a lot of the armor pieces from multiple Skull Jacks as well as the extra lower fiery legs added to the back piece to allow more mobility with the wings. The wings themselves are from a prototype auction and are noticably less dark than the final Grim Skull wing accessories but darker than the Inferno Fury original wings. The sword and staff are just the normal GS accessories
LMK what you think.

Nice looking bashes. So no mixed up black bone pieces? I think the black bones look good with the red armor. Making me wish I had more Grim Skulls now.

Also, 500? You've been here longer than me with less posts. I guess yours are more quality content and mine are quantity. ;D
We've been here for a while though, huh?

Variations of skulls remind me of some pics I took some time ago. My Bone clan.

Pretty cool idea there of using the fiery legs pieces to create articulated fire wings. Gotta remember that one next time I try bashing something similar.

You're just more of a prolific poster than I am. Yep, it's coming up on two years since I joined the board. I lurked here for a about two months before I joined up.

Variations of skulls remind me of some pics I took some time ago. My Bone clan. Yeah, I seem to have more of the skelton figures than all the others. I have some more "bone" variations such as a Skull Jack with all Grim Skull armor and another black skelton (that one may have TW pieces mixed in but I haven't checked that one as of yet) that has 2 back pieces with 4 dark tentacle arms (2 from GS & 2 from TW) attached to it so it looks like a mecha squid skelton thing-y. I plan on doing some cleaning up this weekend and taking some photos.

I kinda stumbled on it by playing around with different figure combinations. By playing around, I've also added an extra gun weapon to Preda Crawler by using the Franken'Punker robotic upper leg and Infil-Traitor black ray gun. PC has 4 turrets, he should have multiple choice for weapons to match the turrets.

Cool! The wing design reminds me of the Phoenix I made. What exactly is the difference between TW and GS, other than TW's hands?

The wings and pumpkin head, anf the forearms and hands with sword. The bones are a different shade of black. Check out the thread about a couple "Tomb Wraiths" for sale for a pretty good argument with pics.

I knew about the Pumpkin head, forgot about the wings, and didn't know about the shade. Thanks for the info. But I must say I really can't be bothered looking through 50 pages for that thread.
