(Poor photos and poses, sorry) Anyone who remembers previous posts of mine knows that I always wanted to see a Death custom... Well, I was playing around with some old Xevoz stuff... and I decided it was WAY too cheesy to make a Death custom as an unnatural... So I decided to make him a Biomech. You see, in my mind, if Death was a Biomech in the land of Xeotopia, he'd be a slender, fast assassin. And as such, armaments and armor would be sacrificed. He'd also have features that would "scare" or "frighten" a Neosapien... "Death.exe" in "stealth" mode. He's shorter, and the cloak allows him to escape Neosapien radar detection. Basic mode/"hand to hand combat" mode. Cloak is jettisoned for more speed. HTH Combat pose. "Assault" mode. Right arm buster cannon + left arm tri-blade. ------- I think for the finished product, he'll be mostly black with silver accents (stealth paint concept, plus, I really don't want to paint that much). I'm going to sand the Thunder Shaman hands down to make them look more elegant, and the fingers will be filed to points. I'm also going to remove the webbing looking sections from the Fire Drake part and attempt to make it more steel in appearance... Comments, critique, words of intense praise on concept? Was this done when I was on hiatus?

WOW! I like this. I especially like the face being concealed the way it is. What piece are you using for that? If I had to guess, I'm thinking it's perhaps a modded Quick Slinger jacket put on backwards, with that piece from a Skull Jack.
I'm guessing you're using the Quick Slinger torso as well, right?

Pretty ingenious! Great use of the QS jacket. I'd buy that figure. Or at least the head. Will you sell me your Preda Crawler head? Thanks in advance!

That really nice!
I like what you did with the QS jacket and the multi-sectioned legs - reminds me of Cheetor's (from Beast Machines) stance.
I have a suggestion: to make him a bit scarier, maybe you could use some of the bottom claw pieces from Dune Stinger for his fingers (like in jimmy211's user icon).
Are you going to paint or dye the finished figure?

o yes as for the arm buster cannon, you may want to take of the hand attachment with a hacksaw or bansaw.

I plan to mainly dye it, and accent it with silver and red paint.
Also, I have no intention of removing the hand-attachment piece on the Thunder Shaman arm piece. It adds a "barrel of the gun" effect, and I think it would look awkward with out it.
On another note, I really don't like the Crypt Curse pieces on this... Any other suggestions?

you could use shadowblades's forearms. they are a bit shorter, but are still socketed at both ends.

Are you looking for something shorter or slender? A good sub for slender are the moon stalker forearms. They have that wrapped look like the CCs have.

Quick Slinger
Why are Storm Wings so scarce? Urp. Umm. Beats me.

Looks good. I like the segmented legs especially. Tall and lanky, he looks like he could move fast if needed. And the bald head and capes give him a Voldemortish quality.
