That would be great, though I hope they are far along in the legalities. Those process take so long.
If anything at least someone is showing the interest in such a way. Maybe it will entice/scare Hasbro to bring them back a while themselves.

Well from what I have heard is that this new company has already talked to the old designers, but they also have designs ready for the pipe that are very true to the originals if all gos well.

Honestly, I don't know what to think of this.
That website, with all the content it has now (including what look like legit design sketches), it sure looks real.
Still I can't help but think that this might all be the work of some hardcore fan/customizer with too much time/money/resources on his hands.
Either way, I'll definitely be following this.
EDIT: The website owner even created a forum for discussions. You'd think he would've linked it to here instead.

I don't believe it. I am a friend of Benjamin Hitmar on facebook and he's not said a single thing about this on there. I think this is probably just some uber fanboy's wet dream website.

Actually they have talked to Ben Hitmar about this and it is a wet dream of a fan boy (thank god) that has been working on this for a while. I for one think people would be happy someone has the motivation to bring these bank and am hoping that this all go's through! and he has me rooting for him!

Ummm...no. I posted that link on Ben's facebook wall. He said he knew nothing about any multi-million dollar proposed buyout of Xevoz rights from Hasbro.... but he DID say those images that guy borrowed from his personal website (without getting his permission) might have to come down. Please, stop overreacting to every Xevoz revival rumor that odd, obsessive fanboys float out there. They just aren't true and we've seen enough here to choke a million blue whales over the past 6 years.
XEVOZ IS DEAD.

Ok well I personaly talked to him over email and did get his permission and linked his site. I know there will be people like you and I am fine with that but there is no reason to be so negative and to start lying about things. So either you are lying or ben is.

Go to his facebook wall then and tell me I'm lying again. www.facebook.com/bhitmar#wallReally, why would Ben lie about the use of images or this proposed buyout of yours if it were true. It's not. It's just another fanboy false creation that if anyone gave it a rational thought would realize it's nothing but hot air made to attract attention or.... money from the hopeful. When's that "store" at your site going to launch?

Im not sure why he would lie about it., we even asked if he would be intrested in being involved. Either way there is no reason for you to be so negative about it but we are each entiled to our own opinons but just so you know you are more then welcome to participate in the new line when all gos through. As for the store it will open when everything is ready. Thanks for your input though.

Yes, I'm still making them when time allows. I have some more I've done that aren't on the photobucket. I'll put them up soon.
As for Xevoz "negativity", there's millions of reasons for me (one for every dollar it would take to buy the license from a big company like Hasbro and have them engineered, produced with quality measures and market them) to not be positive about bold claims that some faceless fan is bringing them back. Unless your name is Mark Cuban or Bill Gates and you are interested in gambling away a huge chunk of your vast fortune on a failed idea just because you have a huge hard-on for a massively unsuccessful commercial toyline then your big talk is nothing but that... talk.
I love Xevoz but they are DEAD and I'm not foolish enough to buy into anyone's sunshine pumping hope that they are "coming back" unless it's Hasbro themselves making some announcement at Toyfair and even then I wouldn't expect them to last long.

IF any of this is for real, the very best that can come out of this would be a "company" producing parts that would be compatible with the original toys. Much like many 3rd party companies nowadays produce accessories for lines like Transformers or GIJoe or even their own action figures. I wish you the best of luck, whoever you are that is trying to revive Xevoz and I will still keep following this. However, I'll start believing it when the url to the website is actually www.xevoz.com

I read what you wrote on your website's forum about there being "new" Xevoz designs ready to mold by the original Xevoz creative crew. What would these designs be and when were they completed for your relaunch efforts? I hope you aren't trying to pass off the wave 5 sketches and turnarounds we've seen as new. We've even been shown pictures of those and some wave 6 figures by one of the former designers here. Those were done way back 6 or 7 years ago before the line was canned.

No the new designs are not by the original crew but they are very true to the original designs., we asked ben if they woud be intrested in taking us on as a client if everything gos ok. I can understand why you are apprehensive to this because really everything you stated makes sense. Trust me though we are trying. And off topic your custom work is amazing.
