my wal-mart finally got these stocked the other night. i only picked up the snake eyes and storm shadow for now. i can't bring myslef to open them quite yet. they are so perfect in their packaging. i will probably just stare at them for the next week or so, before i release them from their plastic prisons.
on a good note though, i did get some toys to open (a full set of hellraiser series 2 figures). i'm a fan of most of the movies. things look sweet (like mcfarlane figures), articulation sucks(also like mcfarlane toys), but the pillar of souls rocks.

I have full sets pretty much of Hellraiser series 1, 2, and 3 plus Tortured Souls series 1, which go great with the Hellraiser toys. I was actually looking to sell the full lot a few months back, but decided to keep them after the offers I got were too low.
The Pillar is cool, as is the Leviathan they packed with series 3. All in all they make for a pretty cool set up when you have so many of them.
As for Sigma 6....open them up, they are way cooler out of their package!

I just picked up the Snake-eye's figure and I must say its a hefty piece of plactic! But the prices here in alaska are a pit pricy 19.99 for one. I will be getting storm shadow and the B.A.T.S figure when and if they come out up here. also I was a bit disapointed in the knees and elbow bend I wish they had more range of motion so Snake eyes could do more clasic ninja poses but as a figue for Kids this would hit the spot. clifton

What stores in Alaska are charging 19.99? I wouldn't be suprised that the prices may be higher up there, but they are going for that price here in the contiguous states in KB Toys too. IS there no chance that other stores will carry them for the "normal" price, or is such inflation inescapable?

Hello me aagain I just picked up the strom shadow figure and I would have to say that this figure kicks A$$!!! I never thought that they could top Snake Eyes but hands down I really like the figure the main selling point was the trasformable staff a naganata (long and shot blade) and the Sais but I like the cloth pants as well I think I'm probly going to pick up duke and Hevy duty to round out the set and the get the BATS and Cobra comander but I can't stress how cool this figure is clifton

I was against this line only because of the size of these figs, but I could not deny how well the figs looked, so I broke down and picked up Heavy Duty and Snake Eyes. Presently they hold the title of largest figs in the house. My SF Sagat doesn't feel so lonely anymore being as tall as it is, but man, shelving space gets limited with these giants.
I have to admit, these figs are worth the price; the packaging helps validate the cost. Snake Eyes is pretty cool, as is Heavy Duty. Storm Shadow and Duke would be my next likely purchases. I'm usually a completist when it comes to toy lines, but I think I may only continue with some particular figs from this line. I saw those BATs and think I may pass on them.
Side note: I'm watching a commercial for Small Soldiers the movie and noticing a bit of erie similarities. lol.

i just picked up the cobra ninja hovercycle. i didn't know it was out yet, this was the first time that i have seen it (except in magazines). there was only one in a decent size stack of the joe versions. it comes with some pretty cool weapons (even though they aren't painted like the weapons that come with the figures). i'm not big into vehicles, but made an exception this time.
