They look pretty good. I've recently bought my first two Sigma Six figures (Night Ops Snake Eyes and Firefly). I like them and I hope the upcoming ones will be as good. I'm trying real heard not to be a completist for this line (I got no room for these), but I'm definitely getting the black Cobra Commander. I didn't like the blue version's helmet, but they fixed that problem with the black version. I wish we had better shots of Wet Suit though. I'd like to see his diving mask.
I'll have to get a Storm Shadow too. Though it seems to me the first one released is still the best one.

I know what you mean, Grayfox. I'm trying to keep my figure count down on this line too. They do take up a good bit of room, that's for sure. The only figure that I've broken down and bought two versions of so far is my favorite Joe character, Storm Shadow. (The first one, and the shirtless version with the dragon tattooed-chest and "Shredder" blade accessories.)
It looks like I'm going to wind up with a second Cobra Commander too. I didn't care for the first one's helmet either, or the color of his hood. (I went ahead and bought him though, and a little blue paint fixed the problem with the hood.) Still, it kinda ticks me off that the black version comes with the helmet that should have been used from the start. Oh well....
To be honest, I'm kinda surprised that Wetsuit is even going to be part of Sigma 6. I assumed that the numerous versions of Duke and the other core characters in various types of gear would rule out characters who specialized in different environments like Wetsuit or Snow Job. So much for that theory. If nothing else, Wetsuit's inclusion gives me hope that we'll possibly see other Joe and Cobra characters who haven't shown up in the S6 line yet.
Meanwhile--kinda off topic--I read that there was a good bit of demand for "G.I. Joe Legends" from the fans during Hasbro's panel at the SDCC. Since Hasbro will be handling the Marvel Legends line, I hope that that'll maybe happen. How cool would that be? I wouldn't mind seeing Star Wars given the same treatment too, seeing as how I love many of the characters, yet care nothing at all for the current SW action figure lines.

I'm really glad there fleshing out this line. I was really hoping this line wouldn't grow cold and die after the third wave. I would like to see more of Cobra. II know the Baroness is a virtual impossibility, but I'd like to see some Crimson Guards, maybe Iron Grenadiers. Hopefully when most of these come out, I'll be in a more permenant, bigger, living pad for my "Lair of Doom" so I have someplace to put them.

Well, if you're a fan of the show and don't want to see any spoilers, don't read any further than this. Otherwise, scroll on down.... - - - - - SPOILER - - - - - SPOILER - - - - - SPOILER - - - - - SPOILER - - - - - SPOILER - - - - - SPOILER
Yes, that is indeed Firefly, and yes, he is indeed on the Sigma 6 team... in the begining. He's a traitor/spy/whatever, and here we see him in the garb that he'll eventually don, which bears the emblem to the side which he pledges his true allegience: the evil terrorist organization, Cobra! Notice that the mask he's wearing is the same as the one included with the S6 version of Firefly. The only difference is that the Cobra version has a white skull painted on it. Also, I think that the kneepads and elbow pads are very similar.

Quiller:
I have not read your post containing spoilers because well, I didn't want to be spoiled. But I wanted to know, where does your info come from? I haven't followed the cartoon much (seen the first dozen episodes or so), but it seems to me they never introduced, let alone mentionned firefly. Is there another place to get story details beside the cartoon?

Here's a place to get details on past episodes of the show: s6c.joebattlelines.com/series.htmlAs for everyone's favorite saboteur, ol' Firefly hasn't appeared or been mentioned in the show... not yet, anyway. His place in the S6 continuity should be revealed in the forthcoming season. Meanwhile, the information I have primarily comes from Joe fansites, as well as what the toys themselves reveal. To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of the show. It just doesn't suit my personal tastes. Still, that doesn't change the fact that the S6 figures are generally very cool representations of characters that I've liked for almost all my life now.

Thanks much for the link
I'm not a huge fan of the show either. It's a bit too anime for my taste. It almost looks like a weird japan-made GIjoe rip off to me. I still watch it when I can though.
One thing I don't really like is seeing/owning figures of characters that haven't been introduced yet. And in Firefly's case, Hasbro is already showing a second version. Kind of ruins the surprise effect of seeing him turn evil in the cartoon. (this is speculation on my part. I'm judging from the look of the new version, which clearly looks more evil).
