Those are pretty Slick. Will have to stop in a few stores.
Unfortunately it looks like they spent a couple bucks on the packaging that could lower the price to a Bionicle level.

ah its that glossy plastic...
It's so grim because every piece reminds me of skull jack, its a real shame the ball isnt the same size as xevoz.
The packaging is a waste, and super environmentally unfriendly. They could have used that material to make more pieces. I would say the same thing about Bionicle and Knights Kingdom packaging. I know plastic packaging is better in terms of breaking into cardboard packing but they should just include a coupon to the Container Store instead of giving people useless steampunk bone cases.
Crazytrain, what is the significance of the black dot on the leg joints of these guys?
I wonder if they are sturdy enough to use as a sort of framework for clay sculptures. That be cool.

Thanks for showing these but to be honest after seeing the kits and price they don't hold a candle to xevoz for me.

eMummy,
In the sockets for the shoulder and hip joints, there is black rubber lining the socket. The black dot appears to be where the rubber is attached. I was able to get a Xevoz piece in one of those joints, but it stretched the Skeleflex piece. I agree on the packaging on these and Bionicles, they are a complete waste. I doubt I will get any more of these unless I can find them at a discount. I have not seen them in any stores yet.

They kind of look more like the type of toys that retail in Museum stores rather than major retailers. Are they slated to appear in Walmart or Target? Not like I would buy any of them at those prices either.

I picked up the raptor set. I like it a lot! It's much more poseable than Stikfa's dinosaurs.

Just found out about these while at Toys 'R' Us yesterday, very cool stuff.
The line reminds me of Kenner's old BONE AGE toyline + the Skeletons from Mattel's MAD SCIENTIST Monster Lab set + a dash of the Xevoz Skull Jack.
I snagged Skullkor & he's pretty awesome. Quadmo & Fang-O-Flex look pretty sick too. My next purchase is gonna be the Plesiosaur probably, then I'll have to take pictures with it next to my old Bone Age Plesior toy. ;D

I saw these on sale at Toys R Us yesterday, so I picked one up. Even at 25% off, they were still a bit pricey. Right of the bat I noticed that the case is a big waste of plastic. and on the larger sets there is no decent picture of what is inside. Here is Akafly with a B-movie action figure vs Stormwing

I did a paint-and-wipe on mine using paint a few shades darker than the molded color. Try it if you want to make them a bit more authentic "museum".

anonymous is correct. Some of the old Xevoz designers were asked to help out in different ways on this project. Ben also did the drawings of the dinosaurs on the package, although not the rest of the graphics treatment.
