Well some of you folks will be happy....... I was peaking through the recesses of my head and thought that a Grim Reaper Xevoz would be cool, a knight with a horse, a chick, a dragon, and all of this stuff. Then it hits me while I am at work, "This has been done, Stikfas my man, Stikfas." Back in the day, I got the Beta Female and Dragon and the Shadow Blade/Bone Cutter at the same time from an online store and didn't think much of the tinyer Stikfas. Now that the initail press of Xevoz is gone and the possibility of its demise (possibility, I haven't lost hope yet) is here, I decided to use some cash before the next wave to get some Stikfas. It was 20 bucks well spent (see earlier post in this thread) and better than any of the rest of the crap on the market. So if you guys want to give me some pointers on the Stikfas world, feel free.
And by the way, Titanium is Transformers: RID - crappy rip off, Stikfas is Transformers G1 - the excellent original to build a legacy with, but flawed and imperfect, Transformers: Beast Wars - A new direction with the same attitude and flavor that does justice to the original.
******BY THE WAY************ Can you folks hook me up with a few good "underground" websites, like the stikfas version of this one if one exists.

Just a matter of opinion, I already stated my personal reasons for liking Xevoz more. Both are great toys I am guessing though, and I will prolly move on to buy Stikfas if Xevoz are done after wave 4.[/b]

Absolutely. Heck...opinons are what it's all about. If it was a matter of gospel, we'd all be collecting the same crap...probably vintage Star Wars or something...
;-)
Xevoz is a very good toy line. I'm surprised that Hasbro had the gonads to do something like it. Even more suprised that they're (possibly) dumping it. Just goes to show you really can't teach an old dog new tricks.
Shame to see such a cool toy line die so quickly.

Ahh, good point, so it was Nater?
No, but in all honesty I personally do think Xevoz are better then Stikfas. I don't currently have any Stikfas, nor have I ever bought one though I have been tempted on more then one occasion to pick some up. Becuase of this, I dunno if I can really give any sort of fare comparrison, but from what I have heard and seen, the following are my personal reasons for thinking Xevoz are better:
1. Xevoz are more durable. From what I have heard Stikfas are not the most durable of toys and are somewhat prone to breaking with their more brittle plastic. Also, I have heard their clear plastic was and still is not that great when it comes to the joints.
2. Xevoz have more details. I like how they have slight brow indentations and some have mouths and can imply so many different expression with their faces just from posing them certain ways. Extremly cool. Not only this but they have fur coming off their limbs and back and whatnot, and all sorts of other subtle, yet effective detailing. Stifkas just don't have this. They have flat plastic and not much more to the design at all really. Yeah they got stickers (as do Xevoz), but imo, the stickers just don't cut it. I don't want a sticker that you can TELL is a sticker and comes off fairly easy. Xevoz have subtle expressions and details that make them look average enough you can have multiples or whatnot, but at the same time they are unqiue.
3. Xevoz have more variety. Stikfas for the most part, all look the same with the addition of different accessories and color. They all use the same Alpha, Beta, Omega design as their base, and are all just humans save for a few creatures in various sets. Xevoz on the other hand are VERY dynamic imo. You got everything from humans and animal-people, to huge insects and elemental monstrosities. Not only this but every figure in each race is really quite different then the others. Also, there are just so many more Xevoz available now and they havn't been out near as long as Stikfas.
4. Price. Xevoz are cheaper for what you get, hands down. I can pay 5 bucks for a basic Alpha Stikfas figure with very little or no accessories or 7 for a Xevoz booster with extra body parts and weapons. Not to mention Stikfas don't have any paint apps or detail like mentioned above.
Those are MY reasons I personally like Xevoz more. Some other points that could really go either way and I have no opinion about are as follows:
1. Size. This is just a preferance and has no clear advantage or disadvantage for either line imo. Some like 5", some like 3.5", it just depends.
2. Putting em together. Again, this is a personal preference. Some people like putting figures together - cutting them out, trimming them, etc, some don't as much and would rather just snap the figures together and go.
Anyways, these are just my thoughts, take em for what they are worth. [/b][/quote] I'm with Secter on this one. Haven't bought a STikfas in my life and don't ever plan to. Not saying that thier bad but they aren't very interesting. They are very plane and no clear pieces MUST HAVE CLEAR FIRE PIECES!! AHHH!
