I don't decal. I don't think the shiny stickers work well with the not-so-shiny bodies. Although I did put a face on my Alpha ranger. That's it.
I notice Hasbro doesn't even show these things decaled in the promotional material. Do you think they do this because that's how it's done with Stikfas? Or they're lazy? Don't think it looks all that good?

The only figure I used stickers extensively on is the Sledge Trooper. He comes with these almost transparent green stickers that give him a nice accent. I also used one of the chest plate stickers of one of my Razer Claws.
I don't think the stickers add too much to most of the figures, because they already have decent paint jobs, unlike Stikfas, which are usually the same color from head to toe.
Still, I'd rather have them than not.

I haven't even tried a single sticker yet. I don't think the figures need 'em.

eh...no decals, the have a nice look without the decals, and I'm not sure which one I'd want to use. And if I did use one, then I couldn't use it later somewhere else, or use another decal without removing the first. Besides from my experience with other toys, decals will usually wear down with extensive play.

Actually, I prefer to use stickers sparingly and where appropriate for when I'm detailing a figure (mostly with paint, but I experiment with stickers first)... fully customized paint jobs I leave stickerless. For transparent parts, my acrylic paint doesn't adhere as well, so I just use stickers there. I actually like the subtle effect of the stickers on the back of Bone Cutter's eyes... For facial details, however, I prefer to use paint.

I like the Decals. I like the shading on Bone Cutters wings, and the faces on Razorclaw, though they don't stay well on compound curves. I am too busy paint warjacks to paint these as well. Besides, I just had to put the AA bateries on Sledge trooper. ;D

Some of the decals I think would look great but I still haven't and probably won't ever use any. Some of the decals just make my eyes hurt though, too busy and too many flashy colors, I'm more of a basic black kind of guy. Besides I like the way they look without them and I'm too indecisive for decals anyway. If I were to put any on it would drive me crazy an hour later when I'd be wishing I had used different ones.

I'm not going to use my stickers on my Xevos because I really think that it would end up taking away from the figure instead of adding to it. They are already so detailed, why just make it look sloppy by adding to much? Besides, certain stickers that look good on your present creation may not look as good on the next one. I'll just use my stickers some other way. I didn't really like them on regular Stikfas either.

Ive had some problems with the stickers:
#1 they dont come off of the sheet very easily and a few times Ive actually wound up peeling off the artwork while the sticky part stays attatched to the sheet.
#2 They dont stick very well, everytime I look at my ninja dude Ive got to press all his stickers back down.
#3 they dont seemed to be sized correctly, its almost as if there were no real measurements taken. This has been my biggest problem with the stickers as alot of them need to be cut down with an x-acto and sometimes it takes away from the detail. I dont think its asking too much for them to size the stickers correctly.
Aside from that I like having the option of using them. Ive only fully applied stickers to the Inferno Fury and the cool matrix-like stickers to the ninja, Im holding off on the rest until I can figure out a solution to the above problems.

I haven't used any of the stickers yet and don't plan on it either. I just don't like the look of most of them.

Now that I have a second set of decals on the way I may play around a bit with the extra set. I just have this crazy obsession with keeping everything as original as possible
