Would anyone like to see cases of just one figure? Like an Alpha Ranger case or a Skull Jack case? I think Hasbro's done this with StarWars in the past. Another idea is having a Lego-like bucket, only have theme buckets. Like a Skull Jack Bucket or a Sledge Trooper bucket. I think these would be really neat ways to get more pieces and characters to more people. It'd save time making different cards/packaging for each figure, and it'd save the consumer cash because they wouldn't have to buy 4 individual figures; they could just buy the bucket.

I'm not sure I like the idea of army building cases or even buckets of multiple figures. Then again I'm not an army builder either so it wouldn't do much for me if they did something like that anyway. One thing I like about the line though is that each figure does have their own back story and individual name, if they just started making army builder packs then I think the line would loose some of that individuality in the figures.
Somewhere down the road I would love to see some booster packs though that include extra chest and hip pieces. Along with arms and legs. We all have a bunch of extra pieces laying in a box someplace not being used. I'd love to see something come along that would allow people to utilize all of those extra pieces.

Booster packs would be great, since the line is all about parts.
Case wise, there are still plenty of figures on the pegs so I don't see this being needed just yet.
And the bucket is a really nice idea. Worked well for Bionicle too.

I like the idea of booster "parts" packs! That could work. Maybe a booster pack per species (Neo-Sapiens, Meta-Beasts, etc.)
As far as a a bucket of figures, I want a bucket of bones! ;D Seriously, though, it could work with basic figures like Alpha Ranger buckets and Skull Jack buckets, and so on... but the toyline is still new so I'm sure we'll see individual packs and 2 packs for awhile still.
If Hasbro sees that more people are army building, IF people ARE doing that, then perhaps somewhere down the line we'll see army builder packs. It took the relaunched GI Joe line about a year and a half to start making army builder packs, if I remember correctly.

Booster packs would be a neat idea. I guess I aimed to high and that one slipped under the radar. Bioncle sized cannisters would work nicely, too. Make them $15, have assorted weapons, different painted heads(like a redheaded, or black Alpha Ranger), and possibly some spring loaded weaponry for that price. Put a sticker on the cannister that says, "Build 2 complete Alpha Rangers! Includes exclusive parts!" I actually like that idea better than the bucket. Bravo. Just imagine a Bio Mecha pack. You could build a huge friggin robot. Or a Sectoid pack. Wow!

Yeah DVD I do like that idea with 2 figures or so packed in together with some exclusive parts. Just as long as they throw some extra chest and hip pieces in there

But as CKJ mentionned earlier, we'd lose the personalities of the characters. I can live with it and like the idea, but still no personalities is a bit of a drawback.

You can still give them personalities by repainting them and giving them new names I like the idea of the 2-pack with exclusive parts because that would allow you to have one as it is and do customs with awsome new parts ;D

How would you lose the character? Alpha Ranger? I think that's a tad open to interpretation. Omega Guard? Ditto. Ok, so Skull Jack and Grim Skull are pretty obvious. Razorclaw, possibly. However, with names like Sledge Trooper, Bone Cutter, and Shadow Blade, I highly doubt those are character names. C'mon, use your imagination! That's like buying the old GIJoe Cobra Viper and having just one called Viper. I'd totally dig packs of 2 Alphas, Omegas(maybe an Alpha and an Omega?), Bone Cutters, Bio Mechas...all of them. Even on figures we've already seen. Think if the Skull Jack and Grim Skull came together in a pack. Call it the Mega Booster Unnatural pack. Can't call it just the Booster pack because those are the basic figures.

Those with no specific like the neo sapiens like you mentionned would work well. I should have mentionned in my previous post that I was thinking of characters with specific names. My mistake

Also..we should be asking for specific things like 2 figures and exclusive parts in one box. Cause then Hasbro might as well do more value packs instead. LEGO has the best description of a mixed pieces box with their Bionicle tube IMO.

I should have mentionned in my previous post that I was thinking of characters with specific names. My mistake Actually now that I'm thinking about this there really aren't any characters with specific names. I've kind of gone with the idea that each character is an individual but if you read their descriptions each figure is described as part of a clan or larger group so I guess army builder packs of any of them would actually work.

That's what I had kinda been doing. The Skull Jacks are one group of Unnaturals. Grim Skulls are another. Hemo Goblin might be a specific figure, but then I'll use the other heads as his minions. I like individualizing and naming my figures. So giving me 2 new(ok, partially new) figures with exclusive parts would be a godsend.
For instance, my Skull Jacks(when I get more of them) will include: Skull Jack(the leader with almost every piece on him) Hook(obviously, he has the hook hand) Leadfoot(he's got the big iron boot) Dead Eye(he's got the head with the helmet on)
Of course there's more, but that's just a start.

I didn't feel it needed a seperate thread, so I'll post it in here. What kind of pieces would you like to see for the booster packs? Let's limit them to 2 figures of the same species plus exclusive parts. Let me start with the Alpha Ranger. Alpha Ranger Booster Set: Enough pieces for 2 complete bodies. 4 heads: 1 white, 1 white w/helmet, 1 black, 1 black w/helmet. Ditto for the hands.
Weapons: Basic AR weapons. Possibly some kind of motar launcher or a machine gun enplacement. Different pieces like grenades, smaller knives, those types of things. Things that can be attached to the figure like a normal grunt has.
That's it for the Ranger set. I don't think that's asking for much, and I think they'd go over very well.

I like that idea For Razorclaw you could make it so one has full armor for the arms and legs and you would get the exclusive pieces like a head with a helmet on because they have armor almost everywhere else
